2 adults 1 teen 1 child. 4 meals = $65. Waitress was very personable. Drinks and bread were served quickly (no lemon for the water- asked 3 times). Bread was cold and getting hard. 1- Carolina gold chicken sandwich came out with no bbq sauce and no bacon. Instead of redoing the plate they brought out bacon and sauce. By the time they came out the chicken was cold and dried out, tots were cold. 2- smothered chicken tender dinner. Asked for heavy gravy, came out with gravy on the side... in a condiment cup. Asked for more gravy, ended up getting charged for it.... Kids meal was free with coupon. Ordered the brownie bites. Came out missing the caramel and powdered sugar. After speaking with the manager (20+ minute wait for him) the bill was wrong 3 times. First charged for the kids meal even after showing her the coupon, charged for an extra drink... Each time was another 10-15 minute wait. If the food had been prepared properly it would have been very good. Everything tasted good that was brought out in its entirety.
Today, my Husband and I had lunch at O'Charley's Restaurant on Jefferson Davis Hwy in Chester. This was a first for us and I must say we were extremely impressed. The food was exceptional. Salad was fresh and Baked potatoes delicious. But the steaks were PURE PERFECTION.It has many years since I had a steak that was cooked the way we prefer.Kudos to the cook. The best part of the meal was the interaction with our waitress, Miesha. She was so efficient, so pleasant, so very kind and really an asset to O'Charley's. We will be returning soon.I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an exceptional meal.
Nothing perfect BUT THAT STEAK WAS‼️good service good food but this review is about that steak...The seasoning, then tenderness....omg kiss the cook‼️
Passed this restaurant multiple times and finally went in. The parking lot was crowded during lunch time on a Saturday, thought this was a good sign. Upon walking in, a musty smell was apparent. The carpeting is a dingy color and doesn’t help the appearance of looking dirty.We were seated by the hostess, who had no personality and appeared bored. Used the bathroom to wash up and it was also dirty. Our server was really nice. Ordered drinks and the bloody mary was delicious. Ordered a turkey and ham sandwich, my wife ordered the salmon. our food took a while to prepare. When it came to the table, the server accidentally dropped the tray so only my spouse got her food. The server apologized and put in an order for my sandwich again. I sat there watching my spouse eat. When my sandwich came out 10 minutes later, it wasn’t anything special and only ate about half. The Salmon turned out to be very good. Saw the server telling the manager about the mishap as she was getting us the check.Thought for sure they would comp my drink. Server came over and dropped the check and said nothing more. Nothing comped and full check to pay. We paid it and left. Gave a 3 star rating for decent salmon, However, We won’t be returning.
They were slightly busy when we arrived. We looked in the bar area for open seating. There were six seats open. Rather than politely tell us they were not serving those seats, we got a frustrated response from the hostess. We can understand busy, but I won’t spend money at an establishment that is angered by my presence.
Terrible location and management. Ordered online for pickup. Put in a car description. After 15 minutes no one came out. Went inside no one was inside. Waited five minutes and no one showed up. Went back out to car and called and staff are rude and said it would be out. Then after waiting for a total of 40 minutes we went back inside. There were a lot of angry customers inside and the food had just been sitting there despite going back in twice and calling. No apologies. Never again. Terrible food. Terrible customer service. This is why restaurants cannot survive. Not covid.
Had a wonderful night out with one of my friends here. Good drinks, good service, good food. We hit the potluck this day. I hope you enjoy as well.
It was just ok. I had higher expectations. Food was bland not a very good variety of entrees unless your in the mood for chicken fingers. Wait staff was pleasant but clearly over worked. Rolls still amazing. I'm sure ill try it again but not anytime soon.
Ordered a family meal pack. Came with free pie. Not a bad value. Sides mac n cheese and sweet potato mash could have been better. A bit bland.
Just recently came here for my first time.. The food was really good. The service was a little slow. However, the wait staff and management were super friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be returning
