I did a mobile order and went thru drive thru. I had a very simple order. I even had pre-paid. I got handed me unsweet tea and I asked for Splenda and didn’t receive it, but was told to pull around to the front. I waited for 13 minutes before I had no choice but to leave, or I would have been late for work. Some girl two times carried orders out to cars in the mobile pick up. When I asked her about my order she said they were first. There wasn’t anyone there when I got pulled to the front!! All I ordered was a steak egg and cheese bagel (hold the egg) two hash browns and small unsweet tea, which I later found out was sweet tea! 13 mins and I still hadn’t received my food, now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back through corporate. I have always loved this McDonalds but not anymore…

If you get your order, it'll probably be fine. But every once in a while, you just won't. I ordered curbside through the app, waited half an hour, then went inside to ask about it and went twenty more minutes without any of the staff even acknowledging I was there. They would come up front to help one customer, and then go and do other things in the store, not even leaving room for me to ask them anything. I understand being busy, but that amount of laziness is just unacceptable.

Ordered one McChicken sandwich in the drive thru and had to go park and wait 15 minutes for it to be bought to us. And the girl at the window told us to go park in spot 6, well there was a car already parked in the spot so we had to park in 7. I didn't see them giving out any orders at the window. Everyone had to pull over and park and that was a big problem with all the cars coming and going. Won't go there again. Sad because the original owners were awesome!!!

Our church ordered 150 Breakfast sandwiches to serve on Sunday May 22nd. When I picked up the sandwiches at 8:30 am everything was fresh and ready! Kudos to the staff and management for about and beyond customer service.Pastor AnthonyKingdom Life Church

Waited at the cash register ungreeted for 10 minutes just to order. Waited another almost 30 minutes to receive 1 item in the lobby. The drive-thru had it’s normal dinner time rush going on, but lobby was just about empty. I could hear and see employees in the back laughing and joking around with each other. Infuriating and will never be back.

Always love McDs when have to eat n drive. Of course love the hot fries. This place has to be good because the drive thru is always busy..but you get through the line fairly fast so 9 out of 10 ?

What I ordered and what I was asked to pay for at the widow weren't the same. The gentleman at the window tried to help by looking for a manager (another employee said she was gone). When the manager did come to assist, she was unprofessional and proceeded to tell me what I ordered (and she knew that because she took my order) after I specifically told her she must have gotten my order mixed up with another and I had never spoken to her. After explaining at least a couple more times, the manager finally says "oh, this was another order...you spoke to a guy, right?". Not once was I offered an apology for the mix-up, but she acted like she fixed the order only for me to get to the pickup window to be handed the wrong order anyway. Then, I had to explain and ask where the manager was to actually get what I had ordered and paid for. My recommendation is to eat here at your own risk - if you have no other option and if you have time/money to waste.

Sometimes it can take forever to get through the line here. I wish the cashiers would leave their cell phone in the car and actually work so the drive thru would go smoothly. Other than that, this place is no different than any other McDonald's.

Anytime I go to this location, they're always leaving something out of the happy meals when I order them. During my last visit I saw one of the employees toss something to another employee to add to someone's order, unprofessional. They could really use customer service training. It's so irritating when you are not given what you pay for. If you go to this location, check your order before you leave.

Stopped by to pick up a milkshake for a friend 2 x's in one day after oral surgery. Was able to get both milkshakes. I know there is a joke going around about the machine always being broken but I'm glad it wasn't on this day.
