I went through the drive through and they have 2 lanes. They took 4 orders in the other lane before they helped me. I made my order and had to repeat it 3 times for them to get it right. When I got my order, I had to ask for a napkin. I ordered the deluxe quarter pounder with cheese, large fry, and drink. The sandwich had no tomato on it at all and the meat was halfway off the bun inside the wrapper. The meat patty was dry and cold. What happened to making these sandwiches to order? My fries were also cold and tasted like cardboard. Frankly, I think there was no excuse for cold food when they were as busy as they were! I will never, ever, spend money at a McDonald's ever again. Rude workers, sub grade food. What a shame. I'm extremely disappointed.
This McDonald's is very racist. When I went to go and get the receipts for my order I was called several different names. When I got my order my fries were spit on and again I was called several names. I will not be visiting this McDonald's ever again. I'm so stupid. I tried them again. This time they messed up my order and then gave a refund back to my card and tried to steal my money .
I spent $29 on food that I could not eat. My burger was uncooked and I still have not been contacted by the manager.
Food was good. but service was slow. went in McDonald's. used kiosk. took forever. then they forgot iced coffee. ketchup dispensers both empty.
I usually don't write reviews for fast food places, however during my visit I had a wonderful visit. I placed a mobile order to be brought to my car for just 2 large fries and a coke. I waited for about 7-8 minutes which was completely normal since it was around 12:45-1, their prime lunch service hours. The young lady then came to my car and handed me my items and said that the manager was sorry for the long wait and tossed in another large fry for free. Great service!!!
Food is generally good during the day time. But lacking at night.They also need to change there hours says they close at 12 but they actually close at time.Pulled into the drive-thru around 20 to 10 waited they didn't have apple pies (preggo sister wanted) got through and get asked for cookies so i pull back around thinking they close at 12, sat there for a few minutes and pulled up to be told sorry we are out and we are closed......uhm wow update please
I find this McDonald's to have a very cordial staff and a respectable cashier who did the orders as well. Liking how perfectly built it was. 5-out-of-5 stars for me.
Food isn't fresh...like not even warm. Bread was hard like it was warmed then just sat out and dried out. Fries wasn't crispy, crunchy, just kind of soft and soggy.
They usually they forget 1 thing, but are willing to get it straight quickly. But there is one lady that works the drive through that is awesome! Always happy, always has a smile and a kind word to share. She makes my day. There are a couple of younger employees that are really great to. There's this one guy that always does something but makes the situation lighthearted and great. Last time I went through he turned to hand me my credit card back and bumped his head on the window of the drive-thru. He said something like , "when did that get there?" rub his forehead and kept going -it was great! He didn't let it get him down or embarrass him he just took it in stride and stayed happy. Will chose this location over others because of the staff
Trifling location. A long blonde strand of hair was in my fries. They dont care about what you consume. Dont eat here.
