Very slow service at counter. Had issues with credit card reader so had to manually enter it. Kid had to enter mine 4 times to get it right. A lot of people working but only 1 person at counter even though 2 girls answering phones were not occupied. When I placed my order I had to repeat everything several times and when she read it back it was still wrong, I had to correct it. Food was ok. Was sitting ready for an extra 10 min because of people working counter so it was cold by the time we ate it.

Love love love their pizza bowls, have ordered from here multiple times and tried pretty much their whole menu. Never disappointed.

Placed a carryout order for one medium 2 topping pizza. I waited 25 mins and I noticed the customer that ordered at the same time received his pizzas. I asked how much longer my pizza would take and the employee discovered the cashier never put in the order. The other employee offered to make a pizza and the cashier walked away and didn't apologize or appear concerned. The store was not busy inside and the other employees were cleaning and folding boxes and the teenager cashier looked at her cell phone.Overall a bad experience and waste of time. Will not return due to poor customer service!

This location has been failing us lately on delivery orders. We have ordered food lately and the wrong pizza has come. This time we got someone elses pizza.

They make a great veggie pizza. Always a good work force to accommodate my order..it seems clean too..yea need that

We visited the Chesterfield location near Kroger Saturday night. Quite busy and we waited for our order. Our order included a Greek salad. At some point the rest of our order was ready and we were waiting on the salad. I ask the cashier what the hold up was, before he could answer, I and every one else in the lobby heard 2 employees arguing over who would fix the salad. It was loud, crude and including lots of explexatives and bullying of the other other employee. We just wanted the salad we paid for. Several minutes went by after this, each refusing to make the salad. When my spouse asked for an explanation, my guess is the shift manager came to the address it. And instead of condemning the actions of the 2 employees refusing to their job and breaking every rule of customer service, he lit into the cashier for pointing out the problem. They still refused to make the salad. A refund was offered, but how? At this point I walked out the store with my card and no other info was exchanged. Horrendous, Horrendous experience. We felt mentally assuage and assaulted. No apology. Nothing. Quite frankly we didn't want our food angrily made and it ruined the rest of the food we already purchased. Horrible experience. I wanted to give Marcos an opportunity to address this before I made this experience public.

First time eating from Marco's pizza I like it and my kids liked it too! The onion was missing from my steak and shesse don't remember ordering without it but it was okay!

One of the ovens was out. Long wait time but still my favorite pizza. Sorry you also had to deal with the oven issue

I asked for 8 slice large and you cut like a jigsaw puzzle. You square pieces may be cute to you but I hate them. Disappointed
