Slow delivery. Said food wood be delivered at 7:45. Got text at 7:40 saying "on its way". Nothing at 8:10 so I called them, said "driver is around the corner, there in seconds". Called again "we r trying to track down driver we will call you". Called me at 8:40 saying "10 minutes out". Food was cold, asked for refund and was told they cannot give one. Staff was kind.
I've been going here for years now and I absolutely love this place, everything on they're menu is great the prices are decent and they aren't of afraid to do custom orders. They get my food right Everytime and the staff are really nice as well!
I love this place! I come here with my siblings every once in a while and we always enjoy good service and delcious food!
Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told 25-30 min. Called back after 45 min. Was informed they lacked drivers and would be 10 more minutes. Called back after another 15 min and was told it should be here in minutes. Called again 15 min later and talked to the supervisor (Red). My experience didn’t matter to Momma ?♂️ Pizza arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Decent cheesesteak but paid $3!!! for extra cheese and didn’t even seem like there was a regular amount. Asked about it and told me it had extra while looking at me like I was crazy. Probably won’t return.

Ordered a steak and cheese and fries at 1:15pm to be delivered. My GPS says I am 6 mins away. Food arrived at 3:20pm as I was walking out the door. I stopped the delivery guy and asked him about my delivery. He responded they were very busy today. Never again… was scared to eat it after 2 hours so I threw it in the trash.
Had no issues ordered through slice and gave me a time range. It showed up hot and 3 minutes before the first stated time. This is the second time I ordered and I'm from out of town. Ordered meat pizza both times . Hope they keep up the good service.
