Drive thru pick upIts just a hassel if you don't have the app. And it should be easier to grab a pizza.your gonna have to use grubhub or doordash etc for delivery.Pizza is good.Customer service isn't like...bad per say...its just def not super "professional" a lot of leaning... and un professional language. Just download the app and go through the drive-thru...
Got there one night about 30 to 40 BEFORE they were due to close. The cashier comes to the window with a million excuses about how its only 2 of them in the restaurant and itll take 35 min to make the pizza and they close at 10....blah blah blah. Im like dude....so effin what? The door says yall close at 10 i pulled up at 9:21 and ur complaining about having to make my pizza...to my face??!!?? That location is trash along with the staff and the manager that night.
The WORSE Little Caesars I’ve ever seen. Order online and still have to wait an hour each time! Every single time it’s the same exact thing! The lobby is full the parking lot is full and each one of these customers are waiting at least 30 mins! It makes no sense! Very very unprofessional and unorganized
Food was as expected: cheap, hot, and ready. But picking up the pizza was tricky since the lobby was closed. We were required to wait for 10 minutes at the drive in and listen to some employees yell at each other.
Out of 9 years coming here, the last year has been trash. Sloth service, waiting an hour outside for orders, pizzas overbaked, and even was told I can't order because there weren't enough workers. Please get it together we used to love Little Caesars.
Ordered on the app and waited 50 minutes in the lobby after the pizza was scheduled to be ready and still no pizza. Guy running the front was nice and apologized but had him cancel my order as I had a hungry family. This has been the rule rather than the exception at this restaurant lately unfortunately. I think maybe they can't hire enough folks. But it's come to the point that I will no longer trying to go here. It's either really late or not at all.
Utterly ridiculous….it’s always a crazy wait time and the manager (older black male) very nasty attitude! Today I took a picture when I arrived in the drive through at 4:56pm and right now it’s 6:17pm— still waiting for my 1 Batman Calzony pizza!I understand that it can get busy; however, the customer service and service SUCKS!!!!
Order pizzas hours ahead of time and still had to wait 35 minutes to receive order. Also the guy behind the counter said he would notify me when my order was ready after 10 minutes left for the day. Horrible service.
Worst service around. Placed order for pickup at 7:38 p.m. confirmation said it would be ready around 8:15 p.m. arrived at the location at 8:25 p.m. and the door was locked I had to go through the drive-thru to be told my order wasn't ready they were waiting on one pizza and to wait in the parking lot they would bring it out to me I sat in the parking lot and watched the manager and the other employee basically stand and not do anything while about 15 other cars were waiting for their Pizzas. At 9:13 p.m. I got an email saying my order was ready. I waited about 10 minutes being the entire time I was sitting there and nobody else's pizzas were brought out to them I went back around through the drive-thru to be told again that they were still waiting on one pepperoni pizza I asked for a refund and the young girl at the window said she would have to get her manager he offered no apologies or anything just punched in some numbers walked away to leave the cashier to apologize. Something really needs to be done about this location.
Beware...do not order from this restaurant. Do not use the app. They do not have enough employees and management is not stepping up. I ordered through the app for in store pickup, they accepted my order, charged my card. Told me that my order was going to be ready at 5:30PM. I get there, the restaurant is closed, so I wait in the drive through line behind 7 other vehicles and then they close the drive thru. They did not cancel our orders before they left so we have no pizza, but are out the money.
