If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. 1st time customer tonight. Ordered 4 combos. I expected to receive 4 entrees, 4 fries and 4 drinks. The drive through told us they needed more time for the popcorn chicken combo, so we pulled off to the side and waited. Got our food, counted 4 entrees in the bags and went home. Get home and there’s only 2 bins of fries. And the 2nd one legit has 3 fries in it. That’s right three! If I’m paying ~$8 per meal, I expect to receive the food. Family of 4 paying about $35 with tax for dinner, had to wait extra time for our food, and didn’t even receive what we paid for. Never going back.
Here we go again. Ordered a 2 PC breast & wing with extra wing. Instead of a breast & a wing we got upper leg and 2 wings. You need to train your personnel on chicken parts identification.
We went through the drive thru and ordered a 3pc tender combo and a 4pc as well we asked for them to be freshly made once we got home too eat they were dry and tasted old and the coleslaw was dry too I knew it was a reason why I stop eating here years years ago DISGUSTING
Went through the drive thru got everything we ordered, and the food was delicious.
It's saddens me to say but kfc has dropped their values and quality dramatically, my first job in the US was KFC back in 96 and its just not the same. I'm the kind of person that likes to give people or places the benefit of the doubt but at the same time third time is the strike.For example, a few days ago me and my family went to this location and and the food was horrible.Ordered some Mac-N-cheese and it tasted like it was inside the refrigerator very cold, the coleslaw had a funky smell, like it was old.even the recipes quality has gone down.
Ordered online it said my order would be done at 5:30.. i get there and spend another 30 mins waiting for my order.... get home chicken was old and hard as a rock... i ordered fries they gave me cold slaw... i go back and they tell me since i ordered online they can remake it or i can call a number for a refund.. so i let them remake it... get home the chicken is soo greasy and soggy and the fries are cold... wont ever go here again
The food was great and the young lady working the drive-thru was very nice and friendly. In my experience, this location is always great.
I’ve always went to kfc as a kid, but now I know why hardly anyone goes there. Not sure if dine in is open anymore, but they do have order online and pickup in store. You literally just walk in and grab your order. The staff doesn’t speak or acknowledge you so anyone could walk in and just grab an order as they please and the staff wouldn’t even know if it’s their food or not. One of my orders were wrong so they remade my order right in front of me, even though it was handled with care, you could clearly see the stations were dirty. I’ve been a kitchen manager and those stations were not up to par. You could see the food build up in the stations. I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. But hey! I paid for my order online, was super hungry, and I wasn’t going to put myself through the hassle of a refund.
Went through the drive thru at 7:15 and they were out of chicken. They do close at 8pm, but 45 minutes is plenty of time to drop a round of chicken in the fryer. They did not offer. I saw 5 cars leave the drive thru. Opportunities for sales are turned away, and we most likely will never return, due to that issue. Lost a customer (or many more customers) for life, sadly.
The KFC I visited yesterday. It was DRIVE THRU ONLY,or online orders. Went there for a gift card. It took them 15 minutes to get my gift card. The thing that ticked me off if the door is unlocked then naturally they are open for business.
