Really bad service we always go there and today I went to go get my food when it was not even busy in the midday. Food was received wrong and then the lady refused to give my money back because she said the food still came out OK the food still came out but it was incorrect your kitchen made it wrong and I never took it with me so why can I not get my money back. She gave me a gift card which I don’t understand because I’ve never been to a food place where they give you a gift card back when their kitchen made a mistake.
I Ordered Lemon Pepper bone-in wings. After waiting 45 minutes they closed the kitchen and said they had no more chicken wings. I paid cash and asked for a cash refund. I was turned down. They were not sensitive to the fact that I was from out of town and that I would most likely not come back ever again. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
location closes at 2am but at 12:45am they don’t answer the phone. my husband drives to the bar for them not to acknowledge him then to say the kitchen is closed at 1:10am.on the way in a customer shouts be careful to a worker as if my husband was going to do something. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Good drinks. Fun atmosphere. Staff were polite and friendly. Open mic night was cool. Pizza was pretty solid. Definitely not a bad joint.

I tried this place out as it was close to my hotel. It was very empty early in the night and quickly filled up as it got later in the night. DJ seems to be a regular and the Karaoke seems like a popular hit for locals. I went on a Saturday evening around 5pm and decided to leave around 10pm. Staff was very friendly, attentive and checked on me more times than necessary. The food was good and made quickly. I tried the garlic parmesan wings, had a side salad and some beer. If I was ever back in the area for work, I would go again.
At a hotel half a mile away and I can hear their loud music blasting through the walls the past 2 weekends late into the night. I get that live music is fun but this is just overboard. Can’t imagine patronizing the place.

Last night was an Amazing time at IDk. The talent at open mic night was awesome. Great music and wonderful friends. Every Tuesday Open Mic Night.
