I bought the $5 cheeseburger meal. The fries were greasy and had crumbs on them from being fried in the same oil as the chicken nuggets and tenders. They're not filtering the oil as well as they should. The cheeseburger was burnt around the edges and hard as a brick. Tasted awful. The diet Coke didn't have enough syrup in it and that caused it to taste "flat". I gave this place another go but I have nothing good to say about this Hardee's, other than the cashier was very nice.
I usually give a restaurant at least 2 tries before I condemn them. This place has had more then that and still can't get things right. On 2 visits, I ordered the chicken sandwich. Both times the chicken was hard as a board. Next time I got a Frisco Burger. The bread was warmed, not toasted and the bacon was way undercooked. This past Saturday, I figured I would not get a meal or sandwich, but would get a couple apple turnovers. Was told they were out, but would take 7 minutes to cook. Decided to wait, what's 7 minutes! 25 minutes later, I got my apple turnovers. I go every Saturday afternoon for the cars and the crowd that show up there and figured since they allowed the cars there, I would support them. No more! With the crowds that show up on Saturdays, you would expect them to be better prepared, but they are not. And the place ,especially the restrooms are nasty! I will keep going for the car show, but will stop and eat before I get there! The fried chicken they use to have was good, but they did away with that! Was told by another customer this past Saturday that he ordered and was informed there were no napkins. Said he went in restroom to get some paper towels and they were out of them, also! By time I placed my order they had found some napkins, but also, had a roll of the bathroom paper towels sitting on the counter.
Staff here is always incredible. Super fast efficient service every time. 3 stars only because the restaurant is in need of remodel.
I called earlier at 10:30 to inquire if they were still serving breakfast biscuits.. and and told the lady I would be there shortly. But my appointment ran late and I wasn't able to arrive until about 12:10 pm.They had already switched over to lunch. But all I wanted was breakfast.Someone put one aside for me. I really appreciated that. And It was yummy. Ty
Food was absolutely horrible! Literally just reheated microwaved burger. Fries were very stale tasting as if they just threw them in the fryer to warm them up. Only reason it got a 2, was the young man that took my order was nice.
3rd time is usually the charm but not with this Hardee's. I've stopped here for the third and last time to get breakfast. On each of my visits I go inside and they have probably 50 pre-made biscuits sitting under a (i guess it's working) heat lamp. Well the biscuits I got were always a degree short of being cold (luke warm) and the biscuits were overcooked/hard/burnt and dark brown.It's ridiculous that they so worried about getting people in and out and thru the drive thru fast that they don't care about what they are serving them is the way is see it. I never have this problem at the Parham and Staples Mill store. The biscuits are always hot and not overcooked. Hardee's is my favorite place to get breakfast but I won't be stopping at this one again.
Horrible!!! At Hardee’s in Chester on 4/2/2022 SAT IN DRIVE THRU FOR 30 minutes. Lynell the cashier stood around looking at her phone then touching food - no gloves and the other employee at the time eating food at counter. I ORDERED A FAMOUS STAR COMBO - and had to wait for a hamburger and fries !! I want my money back!!! NEVER WILL I NEVER GO TO A HARDEES ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!! Now 35 minutes….. I will keep adding time….now Lynell making faces at us when we asked where is the food. Where is the manager!!! NO FOOD YET! Finally got no condiments, cold and Lynell didn’t even say I’m sorry! 45 minutes later for cold horrible food and THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Went through the drive thru this morning. Was immediately greeted in a friendly manner. Came up to the window. The receipt says my cashier was a Kiyah. Super friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. More people like Kiyah need to be hired. Awesome!
Fountain Drinks were all flat. Only 2 people working. Worst Hardee's around. Was told they were out of drinks but left the machines on and we're filling flat orders out the drive thru. They also some how messed up sweet tea. Disgusting and no customer service. Avoid!!!
That Hardee's was very nasty was dirtyI spent $34 the food was nasty hotdog not cooked. Hamburger was full of Mayonnaise and ketchup.
