I come here all the time and never had an issue. I usually get the bowel but decided to get a burrito instead. The burrito itself was a mess, it was not rolled properly at all. More like a taco. The tortilla was so hard, I’m pretty sure it was stale. Barely any meat, but had globs of sour cream and cheese. It was disgusting. Please train employees to make better burritos here. I will be sticking to the bowels.
I was hoping that unlike the Chipotle's at home, the guacamole was actually blended, like you see on TV. I was wrong. It was just huge avocado pieces. Other than that, you can expect quick, good service. The food is fresh. I was a little frustrated when my son's order was completed and then two other online orders were filled before they checked to see if I was with him, but that was probably just an issue with staff coordination. They seemed like they were trying.
Went here earlier today with my boyfriend and the customer service was horrible to say the very least! After making our orders, an associate bagged our food and then just left the bag next to the register. We waited for about five minutes, then I finally asked if I can pay for my food and a new (I’m assuming his time being there based off of his response) employee said “well she’s going to have to do it, because I don’t know how” then put his head down to keep cleaning the line. When another employee returned from the back, she walked right past us and starting speaking (not in English) to another employee whom was washing dishes. I was furious, after seeing at least five employees with my eyes and none of them helped me, I walked right out. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any chipotle location.
This is the least efficient Chipotle location in the nearby area. I have ordered from nearly all of them at different points, and this one is the only one that can't seem to get its act together. I'll give them that the food isn't actually bad, unlike the Colonial Heights store. More should be like the Chesterfield location. They get it done at the promised time consistently and the order is correct and good quality. At the Chester location, every time I have used mobile order (I have ordered about 7 times now over the last year or so at this store) it is a 20 minute wait. Every. Single. Time. Even if you show up after the promise time. It's really bad, do yourself a favor and drive to the next location.
This location is one of the busier restaurants of its brand and still pumps out food efficiently. Food was darn great, and what you come to love about Chipotle. The staff were all wearing masks and very respectful. Doing great team!My only issue is with the wear and tear of the restaurant and its's amenities. Some of the seat cushions for dining seemed to be ripped or just scuffed pretty bad. The male restrooms mirror was scuffed so much that I couldn't see myself clearly. These items may be minor, but they do affect the way people, at least for myself, look at a place to dine. I will add that the place was very clean, and soap and hand sanitizer dispensers are hands free, so there is effort being made to keep this place up to specs.
Scared to eat the food. Crew was not being safe/sanitary when it came to handling food. Restaurant was a MESS which definitely did not help.
Workflow was lacking and area inside was a little dirty. Maybe skip this location. Employees were happy and serve up a burrito that can hardly be wrapped, for good or for bad.
Chicken looked really dry, and the lettice was starting to turn brown. The girl who prepared my food was super fast. So by the time she added lettice after I never requested it, she had already put the lid on. So, she took off the lid, and all my guacamole with a bunch of the wilted lettice was stuck to the underneath of it. She proceeded to use her hand to scrape my guacamole off the lid and placed it back onto my food. I'm sorry, I don't like to complain (which I didn't) but if you're not going to change your gloves after wiping your hands on your pants, change your gloves before touching my food.
First of all I ordered for delivery which was ice cold by the time I got it. Second of all while eating my food i found the corner of the boil bag the sofritas come in. It was in a bite i qas taking and I could've choked on it or ingested PLASTIC!!!
Consistently the worst Chipotle you’ll ever go to. Always running out of the top items… never timely vs set pickup times. Just terrible, only still operating because of a lack of competition in the area.
