3 adults 1 child, dinner. Chili's is usually pretty consistent with the food. We had 1 meal, steak, that was not good. Over cooked and no seasoning. Everything else was great. The server is the inconsistent part. It seems to be high turnover. Mike is awesome! We've had him several times and he is on point. We even had a second gentleman that was buzzing from table to table helping out all the servers. Best experience there in a long time. The chips and salsa are amazing! A must have and they're free every time you go if you get on the VIP app club. Overall great experience!

Updated Review. Called the Director and left messages b/c I still haven't received my refund. He never responded so I had to dispute it with my bank. This was going to be a two star review but things changed slightly. I had a terrible experience for my daughter's birthday where the Door Dasher ran off with all our food. I contacted the restaurant and the female who answered the phone was extremely rude both times I called. She kept saying I needed to contact Door Dash to see where my food was and for a refund. Yes, I wanted the food and yes i wanted my money back but it was more important for my daughter to have food for her party. All I wanted to do was place the order again and this female kept railroading me. She claimed her manager wasn't there when I asked to talk to him and said her name was none of my business when I asked. So I drove up to the restaurant and talked to the manager myself. The manager Daniel was super apologetic and helped me place the order again. A week later I received a f/u call from Director of Operations Tim to apologize for the experience. This was my first time ordering from Chili's ever and despite everything the food also was really good so I will likely visit again.

Service was slow as for being greeted. Food came quick. They seemed short staffed. Food was mediocre. Got a bacon cheese burger and the bacon had a hint of onion taste. One style of music playing. Not catering to everyone. Took a few minutes to be greeted at the front door. I guess the short handed thing again.

Food was horrible! It was ready on time (I ordered online and used curbside pickup) order was not made correctly, burger was extremely greasy, fries were old, my lime chicken was extremely bland, dry, and hard! Only thing I enjoyed was the corn on the cob. They have some of the best corn on the cob but everything else was small portions and did NOT taste good at all!

Its chili's in Chester lol ! You can't expect excellence but I will say that service is better sitting in the bar area. Seems like servers in the dining area have sitting b faces and attitude. Also if your the type that liked to go out to people watch. Happy hour is like a diverse set of the show Cheers. You will definitely be amused and entertained.

The only reason it's rated this high is because Mike was exceptional! To start I was literally about to get up from my table and walk out when Mike showed up. Apparently the waitress we were supposed to have was really busy and couldn't get to us so after about 15 minutes of waiting we were finally given to Mike. The food also took forever to arrive but at least it was hot and delicious!

They still care about the customer. My food was taking a little longer to arrive than normal and there was obviously an issue in the kitchen. The manager canceled the checks for the entire restaurant and apologized to each one of us. I have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. Nice to see an establishment that still cares and has employees that know how to deal with customers.

There were three sets of people waiting to be seated when we walked in; however, the restaurant was practically empty (on a Sunday night). We sat at the bar and had great service there. The food was hot and fresh, but it took a NOTICEABLE while to receive. This was my first time at this location, I may give it another try. I'd say this location may need to work on their staffing to meet minimum demand.
