Is it just me or is this one of the most unorganized Chick-fil-A in our area. The line was moving kinda slow but didn’t think much of it until I saw the young man that was taking orders wasn’t moving.. Even when the car in front of me moved up he stood completely still until I was able to come directly in front of him… what’s the point of him standing outside if he isn’t going to move. The young lady on the other side was working so hard coming to each car, there he stood.
Going to this location is a nightmare. The employees are too busy chitchatting in the drive through with each other, while BOTH drive through lanes are backed up past their stop sign and almost to the police station (on really bad days). It’s not just some employees who don’t pay attention, working the drive thru, it’s every single one who works the menu board. This is the slowest Chick fil a I have ever been to. Including ones in other states! The drive thru can be easier managed if the staff paid more attention and took orders further back in the line, like the rest of the ones in the area. The fastest wait I’ve had at this location was 17 minutes in the drive thru. The curtesy has disappeared and chick fil a needs to go back to its roots prior to COVID. Be more thoughtful, caring, and attentive.
Great food but this is the absolute slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. 15 minutes in line and still haven’t had my order taken. I will never use their drive-thru again.
The staff is awesome and this location is terrific; it’s a rating to reflect what the food has become. I spent $16 on 30 nuggets that were the size of a nickel each. Btw, that’s over fifty cents per nugget. My Mac-n-cheese was served piping luke warm in a tiny half-filled cup and tasted like preservatives. The smokehouse grilled bacon chicken sandwich which I had been looking forward to trying was tiny and unappealing with mechanical, processed blackened meat, wilted lettuce and an oversized bun. My lemonade was excellent and so were my sons milkshakes. For $39 I will just buy the drinks next time. Big Fail!!!
The breakfast bowl I normally get is still the same quality. As for the chicken sandwiches that I ordered. Well. The chicken is less than half the normal quantity. It was actually pretty pathetic. Over cooked Sue to the lack of actual chicken. My sons chicken sandwich was exactly the same. The other son got nuggets. Again. Way over cooked. Seems Chick-fil-A has dropped the quantity and quantity of their chicken. With as much as it costs. I definitely expected the usual quantity and quality. And! Not one location can make a chocolate oreo shake with no cherry. It's always wrong.
Great hot food every ? thumbs ? ? up the best! The lines could be wrapped around the corner. They are the best working and fast working and hard working people and courteous people I have ever seen! That is why they are always talked about on TV! Good Job! I am hungry for some right now! Bye!
New (?) location not listed on highway attractions sign just yet, but a billboard led us here. Just 1 mile from 95 and easy to get in and out. They have a double drive thru and operate efficiently, though traffic will still back up onto the main road a bit. Dining room was clean, bathrooms were clean, and food was hot and fresh.
Fast in-store despite a long line at the drive thru. Had some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had from a fast food chain - HOWEVER, I’m a huge coffee guy and their vanilla cold brew was not good at all. It had a weird taste I haven’t tasted before
We love chick fil a but when they have two lines through the drive through and they come up to you with the hand held device before you can see the menu it sucks ! Then you have to look at your phone quickly for the menu and it doesn't show you the meals ? or you go inside
Used to love it but every time we go here there is something not quite right with our order...ask for sauce, no sauce; ask for breaded instead of grilled, get grilled anyway. Our kids meal was supposed to have fries, no fries. We don't want to hold the line up checking our order so we're just not going anymore.
