What a wonderfully pleasant dinner my daughter and I had at Cesare’s! Very comfortable environment with soothing music playing at just the right volume. We ordered a pizza and meatballs and, I have to say, there is literally nothing I could complain about. Finally a restaurant that puts enough toppings on a pizza so you have some in every bite! Our waiter was also top notch. Very attentive and polite without being annoying. Would highly recommend Cesare’s Ristorante!

This place is in a deadlock for best pizza in Richmond, with Pietros in Chester. Both are fantastic!Crispy, chewy crust, fresh toppings, perfect amount of cheese and lightly zesty sauce at both.So I'll have to look to tie breakers:Steak and Cheese sub-wonderful bread, plenty of meat cheese mixed nicely. And they have at least one option where they dont do the weird, Richmond lettuce and tomato thing. Advantage Cesare's.Appetizers-Have had calamari, cheese sticks, wings, onion rings. They use a light batter, not bread crumbs or corn meal which is great. But their fried pickles set them apart for me.I will say their salads with olives have pits in them, and I almost broke a tooth once. Don't know why you'd use olives with pits in a lawsuit happy society. They got lucky I love their food I guess.Their prices are higher than I like for a pizza place- we spent $100 on a large and small pizza, sandwich and some fried pickles. Also last time they messed up My order and I got their fried cheese cake instead of cheese sticks-best thing that could've happened! It was incredible. If you don't mind paying a bit; eat in or take out, but you will not be sorry!

I think they've changed the owners the quality has gone down but the price is still pretty high. Literally just got home with food from there, may be the last. First thing I notice is that I have a $6 side salad that was literally three bites so $2 per bite. Also it's mostly lettuce spines not even Leaf the Croutons are soggy and that's before I even got into the rest of the order :(

Never again! We had been given gift cards and were excited to eat there again but the experience this time was not good. We started out by being told they could not honor our gift card because of new ownership, so we were disappointed but decided to stay and eat anyway. I had the black and blue burger which was so small it didn't even come close to touching the sides of the bun. Hardly any blue cheese to speak of and it had no flavor at all. My families meals were just as underwhelming and had no flavor. The atmosphere was awkward, no music, the wait staff was polite but not around, much. We left there feeling like we had just wasted our money and time on a horrible meal.

My family got food from here this evening and it was awful. I was told there is a new owner and you can tell. No more hot bread with pasta meals. The sauce is tart and the calamari was over cooked. So upset with this meal!!

Absolutely the worse service I have ever had. We got at the restaurant at 1:00 pm and waited 15 minutes before they came to our table. Every process was slow, ordering, getting food and getting the check. The waitress brought out food in stages, the last stage took 20 minutes from the first order served. I ordered the Calzone and there was very little meat in it. My wife ordered the steak salad and ordered it rare, it came well done. We finally got out of the restaurant an hour and forty five minutes later. The waitress was more concerns with socializing with her friends than waiting on tables. No one at our table will be returning this restaurant.

Delicious food, very generous portions. Pizza is good, but I normally get a grilled chicken salad that is way more than filling. Only downside is they aren't the fastest if you're on a lunch break.

Cesares is no more. New owners. Best fries in Richmond are plain cheap ones now, salads with brown lettuce, artisan breads are now baked pizza dough, new below average lasagna, but they do now have jalapeño poppers. Should have changed the name.

Very nice Italian restaurant, great quality and worth the amount

First time going and it was really good!. Our waitress was the sweetest. Hopefully we can make another visit before returning home.
