I should say that I've visited this location only few times at long intervals. Unfortunately for anyone who may have hoped I'd visit more often, this was the day of year that mattered. If customer inquiry about desserts offered becomes a five minute interrogation to ultimately discover, that for whatever reasons, the only dessert actually in stock and available is "Hershey pie", but not the sliced pie pictured in the menu board directly under the words " Hershey pie" (I specifically asked just to clarify) When no more info came after several attempts to learn if it was ice cream based, brownie based, pudding related or whipped filling since whatever they had wasn't what was pictured and being told " no, it's just Hershey", I asked if it was just like a pie shaped chocolate chip or what ? No, it's just Hershey. Honestly, that was the answer. It's not worth being upset over, it's pie, my daughter and I have laughed about this for a week and others amusement is the only reason I've taken time to relate this.
The staff is really nice and my food is always hot I love my Burger King
Stopped here while on a road trip from Williamsburg. Not sure if he was the manager or not, but he went out of his way to provide two different ice cream places and barbecue for dinner later. That is what is called excellent customer service!!
If you grew up eating whoppers best in area. Veggies all ways fresh customer service excellent. I bit out the way for me but worth the drive
Got a burger, fries and a diet Coke. Everything was good. Cashier was very nice. Bun was cold. That's why no 5 stars.
Walked into this Burger King and the lady said very rudely it’s drive through only don’t you see the sign . I thought it was really rude and if it’s drive through only why wasn’t the door locked i did not see the sign and only walked in cause i saw people sitting in the eating area I did not eat here cause I thought it was really rude how she responded . And she wasn’t even busy with anybody in the drive through.
Used the drive through, was fairly quick,but as I started to pull out I popped a fry in my mouth. It was not hot, barely warm.So I walked inside and they mDe replacements. Had to wait... wasn't happy.I guess they figure people in the drive through are not going to stop to check...
Pretty good service. Chicken sandwich was a bit dry or overcooked or left in the warmer. Not a good idea to put lettuce under a heat lamp.
Order french toast sticks and they were Cooks it a point that they were not even chewable bacon was wet and Soggy but the manager was very delightful she replaced everything with a smile on her face and she was also a short-handed so we do understand from that standpoint but from another Viewpoint is only fair that we serve the customer stuff that we would eat and we should not send stuff like that out of the window
Speed of service has really improved. Nice and courteous. I'll go back again.!!
