This location just can't get it together to save their lives. I pull up, 3 cars in front of me. One car in front of me drives off before anyone even takes my order. I sat there for 25 minutes before my order was taken. The girl said, with an attitude, "What you getting?" When I finally make it to the window, a clean 30 minutes into driving up, a young guy says "You got the two piece?" I replied to him that the two cars in front of me have driven off. Every fast food restaurant in Chester is giving you all the business. Keep up this sorry customer service and I'm sure that the numbers in this location will keep dropping and GMs will keep dropping. Brenda, please get your team right because three cars waiting for food for 30 minutes is not a good look, on top of your staff being rude. The new guy was super nice though. I hope you all take heed to these reviews. Your reputation is not great. People please know when you come here you will wait 20-30 minutes for food. This is all the time.
Did anyone know that a few years ago they found a guy with a needle in his arm dead in the men's stall? Did anyone know that right after that they found another guy knocked over oding in the same bathroom? Did y'all know the back of the store has a ton of mold and they have maggots in the chicken tender breading station? Did y'all know they clean it by spraying it with a garden hose and letting the moisture sit until the maggots make camp and then they go and notice this and still bread your chicken? Did you people know that he they clean the ovens they don't give it time before they pop your food back in the oven and cook the cleaning spray inside your food? Also the food isn't made from scratch ? anyway man yeah go enjoy
This restaurant is very excellent. They do a great job with quality control of food and cleanliness of restaurant. Very popular in the Roanoke Rapids area. Well worth a visit. Egg and cheese biscuits are always fresh, as are the cinnamon twists. I like the chicken as well. Again, excellent!
Normally pretty good service. Workers currently on shift were horrendous. We were told to pull forward to wait on bo rounds. Pulled directly forward and waited for 15 minutes, went inside and was given attitude and told that someone had already brought out the order. No type of apology and treated like I was trying to scam them even when I showed the receipt.
Perfect, had to drive thru twice because my first Cajun filet biscuit was extremely dry and decrepit, which I always love doing. I hate when Bojangles gets my order right and I don't have to go through the drive thru a second time feeling like a festering burden. 3 outta 5 stars wouldn't change a thing.
Chicken tenders and fries were very happy t. Bo biscuit was also very good. I was surprised how hot everything was given the off hour we visited
Ordered bo berry biscuits for 1st time in my life, biscuits looked like they'd been sitting in the box for a min. Over cooked, hard, stale. I love biscuits that was highly recommended to order, definitely disappointed
This is by far the worse place ever I drove over 30 minutes to go there and we ordered our food then we had to wait 20 minutes then they forgot our order of bo berries biscuts. So we call and the guy says yea come back I’ll give it to you . I get there at 9 45pm and guess what they closed early and they had bars on the window when they were supposed to stay open . They close at 10pm. Then around 9 55 I see a woman and honk my horn she just stares at me shakes her head and walks away. Agian they are supposed still be open . Finnly after waiting until after 10 pm and no one helps me I leave. What kind of service is this? Worst Bo jangles I have ever been too and worst treatment in a long time . This is need to change and I still want my food
After waiting in the Bojangles drive-thru line for over 15 minutes I finally made it to the drive-thru ordering window. Once I sat for an additional 3 minutes I decided to say hello just to be sure that the cashier knew it was a brand new customer ready to place an order however I was told to wait a second. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes at the order menu box I said hello again This time I was told that they were out of chicken and that they were closed. I totally understand being short-staffed however there needs to be some type of training to teach basic common sense
Great service. I once had bad service here. T ey had got my order wrong. I didn't check it which was my fault. So I had written them off or put them on the band list. So I was in a bind and went there a again. They're got my order right the food was actually hot
