Every time I order from this restaurant I have issues and when I call to get my issues fixed or complain the managers are rude nasty and condescending whatever you do do not go to this restaurant unless you want your orders messed up and nasty rude customer service. We ordered a well-done burger and it was raw. We order a riblet basket and a riblet plate and the order was exactly the same except for the price. This is not the first time, but it's definitely the last.
Our waitress was Great ?. She was handling 4 full booths. HOWEVER, we were waiting Forever for our appetizers. The spinach dip took a long time, my granddaughter's kids' meal was Cold...ff and chicken alfredo. We were seated at 8:30. By 9:45 we decided to leave because the booth behind us was almost finished and they came in about 15 minutes after we'd ordered our appetizers. The poor waitress explained that the cooks were fairly new and were working with even newer cooks. Yet they could be heard laughing and loud music was coming from the kitchen area. I don't understand the lack of work ethic the kitchen staff "has".
The place was far from busy yet it still took forever. It might've been one or two other tables and a few at the bar. We could see the staff congregating at a booth as if they had nothing else to do. We had to flag our waitress down a few times. With one of the orders, the rice was so dry, but our waitress did bring out another side. However, the kitchen definitely should not have sent that rice out, to begin with.Then when we were trying to pay for our bill, our waitress said that she'll be back to pick it up after she get another server straight. We were like heck no, you seem to have forgotten us so go ahead and take our payment. She didn't seem pleased about that, but I mean come on you have already practically abandoned us. Mind you at this point the guy who just walked was the only other patron.3 stars because the first half was going smoothly.
Depending on the day will depend on the service…let me say the ladies that I have met with car side to go are doing a fabulous job! My complaint is there is not any check and balances lately. I have been told that the back bags up the food, however, no one makes sure they capture all the food and also take the time to look at your receipt to make sure you are giving the right car the right order. Just some check and balances but other than that, it’s a great place!
I actually want to put 5 stars but both me and my wife got food poisoning and my 1 year old daughter had "potty issues". But at the time seeing that my waiter was working by himself and the exceptional service I was able to still receive was amazing. If at all possible ask for Cordell he is a great waiter but watch out for the food it tasted great but left us with something to be desired later that night.
We did carside. I was told that it would take 30 minutes. They said it only took them 15 minutes. The food was cold. We took the fries back. They were replaced. My sister bit into her cheese burger with no condiments. No mayonnaise, or mustard or ketchup. I was asked to come in and get the condiments. It took another 15 minutes to get the desert my sister ordered. Every bite of the tenders that I ordered, I could taste the baking powder they use in the batter. It was awful.I have never had this experience here in all of the years that I have been coming. I will probably not go back.Folks, it's not always the customer.
Service here was good and its clean, but the one on Route 10 Ironbridge Rd is disgusting, its dirty the food is cold the ABC drinks are watered down. The service there is awful, I'd rather eat out of a trash can I'll get better results.
Ended up not eating here. Waited over 5 minutes with no one at the hostess station. Restaurant only had maybe 7 or 8 tables filled so they were not busy. Bar tender saw us standing there, an employee came in from outside and said she would tell them we are waiting. Well....no one came out. Left and went to Chili's. They were happy to seat us. They still owe me items from a pickup order they omitted as well. Strike 2.
I don't know whats going on with Applebees, but I'm done giving them chances.Ordered simple items that they couldn't get correct. Didn't bring salad out before the meal, or even with the meal. One meal was completely wrong.
I really enjoyed the service at this Applebee's I don't remember my servers name but she got me this red long Island iced. I couldn't even taste the alcohol and got a very clean buzz! Had all the sports games on at once very nice. Lots of sport conversations going on at the bar. Nice family environment. I would recommend this restaurant
