Great customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful, which is a reflection of the owner. Although I was ordering takeout, the young lady was nice enough to bring the order over to where I was sitting when it was ready. I'm not rating this a 5, because I got things on my subs that I didn't ask for and didn't like and because I had melted cheese it was difficult to take off.

Get to the store @ 8:40pm... Store supposed to close @ 9... Two employees inside staring at me. Saying they're closed???? Guess they want to go home 20 mins early.... THANKS!!!
The only reason I ate any of it was because we were starving on an 8 hour drive. Disgusting place. RUDE staff. Mediocre to terrible food. There were not only one, but TWO long purple hairs (same color hair as the employee making our food) in my “chef salad”. The “Chef salad” had no egg, no cheese and pickled NOT fresh onions.Oh and nasty bathrooms. I’m dreading the digestive disaster I’m probably going to have later ?
I called and ordered their grilled veggie sub- mentioned on their website. Told they don’t have that. Ok.....asked them what they did have that was vegetarian. I was told they had a sub called the Cosmo. Asked the girl who answered the phone what exactly was in that- she said “vegetables”. I literally had to ask her to clarify which vegetables were on the sub. She sighed and listed the vegetables. I hung up on her. Serious lack of customer service skills. Sorry, not sorry. Going to spend my money somewhere else.
I ordered a foot-long BLT which normally stands for bacon lettuce and tomato not burnt bacon lettuce and tomato this is absolutely ridiculous so they told me to save it and bring it back tomorrow and they would replace it I told him I took a picture they said that’s not good enough tell me if anybody would eat those burnt bacon ????

I love Zeros Subs! It is my favorite place to get a sub. I live in Ohio and whenever I come to see my family we have to get Zeros! With a big family, picky eaters, and vegetarians, Zeros is one of our regular places to get dinner. I definitely recommend Zeros!
