I ordered the new chicken deluxe...the cheese wasn't melted & where is the bacon?
Love the food don’t get me wrong. The lack of dine in service has resulted in me dining elsewhere. Most every other fast food eatery has dine in. Time to reopen your doors for that service again.
1. Tea was very tart and tasted like it’s been sitting in the bottom of the urn, reminded me of asbestos2. Toast was very dry and crumbly, resembled card board3. Fries were rinky-dink, had no seasoning at all and were undercooked4. Boneless wings were non hot and not crispy, almost tasted like buffet mystery meat, yet sauced well
Nice and hot! Their fries and the Texas Toast is so good! I like to dip them in the sauce off the wings! Delicious!
Dern good cimken. Spice was tasty. Overall would recommend to a friend, especially if that friend has 11 children and drives a church bus as a daily.
We drove 27 minutes for this food. The chicken was alright but the fries were undercooked and under seasoned.
I came to this establishment on 02-11-22 for my lunch break between the hours of 11am- 12pm. I ordered one order that consisted of boneless wings, fries, bread and a drink. I came home that evening and checked my bank account noticing I was charged for two separate orders with two different prices I called the store. Keenee the manager told me there’s nothing they can do about it but give me a free meal beings that I don’t have my receipt from this morning. As if I knew they would mess my order up today. So I can’t get my money back. Not only is this y’all fault but the way the situation is being handled by a so called “manager” is ridiculous and poor customer service.
I waited in a drive through line wrapped around the building well over 35 min. After patiently waiting I made it through to be told they are no longer taking orders…. At 6pm…. Don’t waste your time
The drive there was very fast and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, it is hard to see the menu until you arrive at the place to order. Therefore, if you are not familiar with the menu you have to decide quickly. Also, the cost of a fourth strip meal was $10 which seems high to me for a fast food meal. The chicken strips were a little tough and had an oily/pickled taste to them.
Their chicken sandwich was pretty good. My son and I have been trying the fried chicken sandwiches from all of the chains. Zaxby's is in the top three.
