Birthday dinner for our 7 year old granddaughter. Robert was great on service with Austin checking on us. Food was great and no issues for our large party. Thanks again. Henry/Nowlin party.
So much potential, but lack luster experience. Poor service and rancid food. After ordering unsweet tea, our server notified us that only sweet tea was available. Salads were them delivered with brown lettuce. My main meal, Philly sub was missing items and my husband's gnocchi was uneditable. The server disappeared for the next 30 minutes, so we couldn't even get our food fixed. The manager did try and make it right. This place has definitely gone down hill. It once was our go to Italian place. Don't think we will be back.
I used to love Y not, but hadn’t visited this location before last night. Went around 6 on a Wednesday night. We were seated right away. Our server was Nathan, and that’s when everything started to go downhill. I ordered the garlic rolls as an appetizer, and they came out lukewarm at best. I asked for a Dr. Pepper and was given a coke.My boyfriend and I both ordered pasta dinners, which normally come with salads. The server never asked us what dressing we want, then comes back 15 mins later to let us know our dinners come with salad, and brings them out and then not even 2 mins later our dinners were served. I ordered the stuffed shells, and again, they weren’t hot. For $60, I’m super disappointed in this service and food.
Food was absolutely delicious and service was great but it always is.
Delivery is always slow and they usually destroy the pizza in the process. This time they forgot our sandwich and when we called they said they would make another. The driver had just forgotten it in the car and they delivered the one that was a couple hours old.
We had the best waitress, Jillian. We were a large group and she was so efficient, pleasant and gave separate checks!!!
Always a pleasant time eating here. And food is always on point.

Well, im doordashing i got here at 710 to pick up my order, there was a line, i finally got to talk to a girl and she says 10 more minutes for cheesesticks on the order it is now 733pm. 23 min im still waiting just frustrated a lil. But i know they are short staffed it just messes with my pay.
Omg... BEST chicken Philly I've EVER HAD!! We came in for lunch (first time eating here) and at first glance the place is adorable, menu is very well done, dessert menu convinced me to buy 1lb of cookies to go, which were delicious!! Our server was PRECIOUS! She was very polite and attentive. If you've never been here, it is worth every penny!!! We will definitely be back... and soon!!! I highly, highly recommend, would give more than 5 stars if I could! ?????????
