HORRIBLE SERVICE! WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN IT WAS ABOUT 100 WINGS ON THE COUNTER UNCOVERED & NOT ONE EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER AROUND. WHEN STEPHANIE CAME TO THE REGISTER SHE VERY EXTREMELY RUDE! SHE TOOK MY CARD SWIPED IT AND PUT IT ON THE COUNTER! I ASKED FOR MY CARD & SHE BASICALLY SAID NO TELL SHE TOOK HER TIME TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT. THE FOOD WAS OLD & THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS TASTED LIKE TOILET WATER! IT TASTED LIKE SEWAGE! NEVER AGAIN! STEPHANIE SHOULD BE FIRED! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ITS CRAZY WHEN YOU ARE SO FRIENDLY & WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY & YOU STILL GET HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHE LITERALLY RUSHED ME SO I CAN TELL HER WHAT I WANT TO ORDER & THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER GOING TO WINGSTOP EVER!

We ordered takeout for dinner tonight, and it was fantastic as usual!! The wings are huge and very filling. They are a bit on the greasy side but are great.Wingstop has the best lemon pepper wings around!! I also love the garlic Parmesan. We tried the BBQ, Hawaiian and the classic hot. They were all delicious. My son loved the french fries, too. The ranch dressing is yummy, as well. It taste like it's made in house and not from a jar. We tried the Voodoo fries

This will be my last time choosing this Wing Stop! For the 3rd time in recent visits to this location my order not only took 28 minutes but we came home and half of my order was missing. When I called to get resolution I was told I would have to return over 20 minutes away to pick it up. I requested a percentage for my inconvenience and I was told NO! The manager said she can only fill my order and I pick it up. What happened to customer service?????!!!!!

Made a order on the wingstop app and right after I placed the order I got a text and email saying my order was cancelled and to call the store. I go look at my bank and they charged me the almost $50 So I call the store and they have no clue. They tell me to call Mista group so I call them. They tell me someone will call me back. 3 hours later still no call still no food and they still have my money. When I called back I was lied to several times. First was told someone called me back already, that was a lie. Second was told my card declined which it didn't because they have my money and the charge went through. Another lie. Then when I asked to speak with the manger or someone in charge of that store they told me I couldn't have the number. After getting very upset they finally gave me Mr. Singh number. He did absolutely nothing for me but try and blame it on my bank. I still have no food and they still have my money. Horrible customer service. Will never ever order from this place again! Their thieves that will steal your money!

Cashier was NOT friendly, food was not tasty nor were the wings flavorful , fries were very soggy looked nothing like the pictures in the reviews . I wonder which night should I have visited because coworkers swear by this place smh .. disappointed - first time last time - I’ll stick with the location in Hampton

The service was great and the food was awesome

Me and the hubby decided to order some lunch from WingStop cuz we never tried them before, we will never have their food again. We had items missing from our order, items were overcooked, and I don't know why they gave us the option of what dips we wanted cuz apparently they gave us what they wanted to give us. The lady in there was rude our food wasn't even ready on time, all I know it was a waste of money and apparently it was my karma for not going to the usual wing place that we usually go to Buffalo wild wings.

They are only accepting App & online orders right now, because of the pandemic, but their food is still as good as ever. They also have thighs as well!!! My top 3 flavors are Korean Barbecue, Barbecue, and Garlic Parmesan. BEST FOOD EVER!!!

Stephanie the manager is very rude and nasty .. She is handling food without gloves or mask and scratching her head and got very rude with me and tried to refuse my order because i politely asked her to put gloves on ..It is a pandemic for god sake.. Her coworker Saip Was very nice after about 15 min of me waiting he eventually worked on my order with gloves after Stephanie refused to work on my order … Once he was finished he was told to clock out .. She does not represent the company well … I informed her that I would call corporate and she replied that everyone calls on her and she still has her job smh .. I will never go back to a establishment that has rude disrespectful employees…
