Love Wickers!!! Took some clients for a local seafood experience. I highly recommend Wickers. The staff is attentive and friendly. Locally owned and operated. We had a sampling of a bunch of crab related items. The crab dip is sooo worth it. The deviled crab was awesome too. (its not too breaded as you would think). Most deviled crab is just stuffing, this was jam packed with crab meat. We had to try soft shell crabs, and these were sautéed to perfection. Final meal was 2 dozen #1 jimmys. Only recommendation is they supply crab forks or bring your own. They do supply the crab crackers and mallets. Overall great experience.
To start with our waitress Brittany was absolutely FABULOUS! And she was by herself! Brittany was very efficient, courteous, happy, friendly, knowledgeable... so pleasant!!! We did not wait at all... And the FOOD!! Oh wow!! Sooooooo delicious... We started with the crab dip.. served with baked pita bread! VERY VERY good.. creamy, cheesy & crabby!!! The pita bread was absolutely perfect! A bit crispy but tender inside!! I had the soft shell crab dinner and the crabs were large & meaty and fried perfectly! Lightly, not greasy at all!! My friend and I could not stop eating the hush puppies! I had a salad and it was cold & fresh & crisp! Karen had the fried shrimp and they were large and again fried perfectly!
Outstanding experience!! Arrived early around 5:30 on a Saturday night, seated immediately, staff were super friendly and attentive, dishes were fantastic - she-crab bisque, oysters on-the-1/2 shell, fried soft-shell crab, and finished off with delicious homemade banana pudding. Will definitely patronize again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this FANTASTIC family owned & operated restaurant!
Food quality was average. Crab soup was too creamy and lacked depth of flavor. Sea Food platter and scallops could have better seasoning.
Had the crabcakes, which were excellent as not a lot of filler. Oysters and soft-shelled crab were great too. Excellent service/bartender!
Business trip, server was GREAT! Food was good, fresh and reasonable priced. Limited bar and beer selection.
I’ve been ordering from Wickers Crab Pot for a little over two years now. It’s also been my “go to” spot for live blue crabs. I moved to Virginia a few weeks before Covid hit and blue crabs are UNDOUBTEDLY my ULTIMATE comfort food!! THIS PLACE helped me maintain my sanity. This year they even had them YEAR ROUND!!!Oddly enough, I’ve NEVER actually eaten IN the restaurant. That changed today and THEY DID NOT disappoint AT ALL!!! This was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! Our server Britney was DELIGHTFUL!! Wicker’s is undoubtedly one of my favorite seafood spots!!!! ❤️

Today we enjoyed lunch at Wickers. We ordered two broiled seafood platters and everything was delicious. I loved their homemade cocktail sauce. Our server, Brittany B was very attentive and has a great personality! Thanks for a wonderful lunch. ?????
