First time at this location and was very impressed with the staff who was friendly and helpful. Sandwich was great! Fries were great! Shake was amazing! Cashier. Who I believe was the manager asked if I was military, which indicated to me, she understand her demographic area. We were able to get a discount for our service! Thank You! We will be back…
The staff was super friendly and kind. I liked the food here but there is room for improvements. I wanted to give a 3.5 but that option wasn't avail. The customer service helped pull it to a 4. The bread was pretty good.i got a Philly and it was ok. My friend got the cheeseburger sub they both had what seemed to be boiled beef slices sorta like you would expect from a French dip. The burger should have patties on it and the Philly should have the beef Sautéed on a griddle. The fries were really short and lack luster. I was really in the mood for fries and it didn't really scratch that itch. I assume the fries all come from a distributor that all locations in the franchise use and the beef is the same way. Their research and development department may want to take a different approach to some of these meals. I wanted it to be really good as I drove from Virginia Beach to Chesapeake to try it. Again the staff were excellent and I have no doubt they were following franchise protocol. Just the vision of what I expected the sandwich to be was skewed.
The lady who took my order was very nice. I ordered a large Philly cheese steak. Never eaten here and decided to give it a shot since Mr Jim’s was closed.Nope.I’ll wait till they’re open.If your idea of a good cheesesteak is a soft white roll with cheese melted on the bread and all the other stuff on top heated up using what ever it is they use to “toast” it with then this is your shop.Melting and heating up is not toasting.
Got the wicked which. It was awesome! The workers were so kind and it is an overall fun environment to be at! 10/10 recommend, it’s the better version of Subway and Jersey Mike’s
I had an amazing experience here! The workers were so nice and super caring. My food was busssiiinnnnn. 🤤 the sandwich was so tasty and the fries were perfect and not to salty. 10/10 recommend.
Dayna greeted us with a big smile and told about the menu selections. She gave a sample of the Wich sauce to try with our toasted Club Wich. The servers brought our orders out with beautiful smiles. When asked, Dayna told me about all the catering options- she is passionate about her job. This was an enjoyable Saturday lunch experience!
First time ordering and eating here and it was good. Sandwiches was nice and hot. Fries was a little salty but otherwise would order from them again.
Got the Cali Club which was horrible. It was very bland! Wawa hoagie is 5 star, top tier, compared to this flavorless, unsavory and overpriced sandwich. I didn't even taste half of the items listed on the sandwich. Where's the meat?? Yeah, it was wasn't there! If you chew to fast, you'll miss it. Such a disappointment when you hungry!

I've eaten here twice. Great customer service with very friendly staff. The facility is inviting and it's nice to just mark what I want on the the bag I'm Ordering in. I ordered the Chzber Wich and it was all around delicious. The second time was a club wich for my son who is a big Jersey Mike's fan. He now prefers Which Wich over Mike's.
