Went here in the evening, there was only 1 other customer when I arrived. There were two employees on shift. The wait staff would have to be poked and proded for refills and acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve you. My wifes sunny side up eggs are better than this joint. The place was pretty disgusting as I looked around. I guess having pride in your work space is non existent in this location.
The waitresses was very friendly and courteous. Th e atmosphere was peaceful. The food was delicious!
Worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Sat forever, never got our food. Burnt bacon sent back, runny eggs and cold toast! And tea that tasted a week old which we never got replaced. Left very unsatisfied.
Third time visiting this Waffle House …. Second time with this cook and crew where the service was absolutely horrible … I have been going to Waffle House for years and years and usually order similar things … literally as I placed my order got the deer in headlights look from the server which I was forced to order to go since they had half the seats roped off and wouldn’t open them… there was ONE order ahead of me that cancelled due to waiting too long … I waited over 40 minutes for a dang burger and hashbrowns with 2 eggs … ridiculous…. FOR A FORCED TO GO ORDER AT THAT!!! The cook was slow and looked like he either just flat out didn’t care or was just typically that slow … the server talked so low you can’t even hear them and I had to repeat back everything I said at least two times …. However yesterday evening that shift and crew was on point had good in less than 10 minutes from walking in the door …. Going forward if the cook tonight or crew is there I’ll just leave and go to a different Waffle House and skip the hassle ….
Awesome find! I know it’s a chain but this is Waffle House massively exceeded my expectations! Food was perfect and the service soooooo much better than I have come to expect!
This is the BEST WAFFLE HOUSE I've been to in a long time! Great service from Kenny (who should get a raise and a promotion) an the whole team is spectacular!!! One hundred percent would recommend !! Perfect Waffle House experience- mornings like this is why I call it a Waffle Home ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much, y'all's positivity, actions, and attention to detail have changed the course of my day and I am so grateful.
Excellent hostess I believe she was the shift manager. Very friendly upbeat and attentive. Food was just okay.
Omg the food was so good, an our waitress was funny an fast. I wish I could remember her name, but we were there April 1st in the morning. I will be definitely go back. This has to be the best waffle house I've been to.
Great customer service. Even when it was busy all workers that came by asked if we we good or needed anything.
Wish I can give it a flat "0". Stopped there around 0745hrs, before heading to my son's college graduation. Waitress looked shocked to see African Americans come in as a group. I requested hot water for my silverwares and was deny hot water. She stated rudely they are not allowed to give out hot water. My money is definitely not needed there. My family left out without ordering anything. Definitely will NOT BE BACK THERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!
