Great dining experience! Everything was super clean and not sticky like other breakfast places are.Liam was an amazing server and will be requesting him on our next visit!

Village Inn Va Beach is one our spots that we go for breakfast, salad , burgers and pies. The cedar road location has missed the mark twice. 1st was salad that had a weird taste. Had to return both of them for a refund. 2nd, I ordered 2 burgers with fries. My fries were soggy and not cooked. Looked as pale as out of the bag. Other order of fries were brown but soggy. If it wasn't so late I would return. Fries are my treat with a meal. Sadness:-(

The food isn't bad, but the service is terrible. I came in with my 2 kids this morning for breakfast and it took almost 15 minutes to take a drink order and there was a party that was seated well after us that got their drinks before us. The management needs to take a hard look on customer service.

First and LAST visit. Too much going on here. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by Casey, not welcoming. Food was just what we ordered yet I was not impressed. Casey says he entered the wrong amount when I was trying to pay. Question about whether honor Military Discount, received two different answers, not sure but maybe if you're the right one you receive discounts. bottom line, I will share my experience with all I know. I refuse to patronize this location again.

Very busy, but great service, and great food! We visited on a busy day for them, but they got to everyone quickly and the food was delicious. We plan to visit on our next trip!

Food was good and prices were reasonable. Our server was competent. The reason for the low rating was our reception upon arriving. A table for 8 was not ready so we had to wait. The waiting area was being used as a pickup station for various delivery services (door dash, Uber eats etc.). That left our group to stand, crowded in the reception area where we were in the way and had to continually be moving to allow the receptionist to seat other customers. The worst part was that there was an open area with seating around the corner that would have solved the problem but no one directed us to it. I was left with the impression (hopefully wrongly) that management resented our being there.

Normally Village Inn is pretty good. My wife and I have been going there for a few years, never once has our food been burnt, or cooked improperly. Ordering pickup/delivery might be a different story. Picked up three orders of pancakes yesterday and they were all burnt! How can a cook look at this and think it’s okay to serve this to someone??? Not saying we’ll never eat here again. But we won’t order ahead for pick for a while.

I love VI. I typically go to the one in Virginia Beach, but my friends said, let's go to this location. Food always excellent. Just solid comfort food. Service was good. Will go back soon....

Went for breakfast and was not disappointed. I got a Western omelet and hubby got a bacon and cheese omelet. The omelets were a good size and packed with filling. To our surprise, the plate also included hashbrowns and a stack of pancakes.Wow and delicious.

Maybe my problem is every time we’ve ordered from here is was delivered. Each time it was so terrible! I don’t understand how grits or eggs can be so disgusting. The grits were grayish and had absolutely no flavor at all. Our sausage was soggy and the eggs to be scrambled were just huge chunks of egg that tasted like water. I’m convinced there isn’t a pinch of salt anywhere in this establishment. The bacon, sausage and eggs were just sitting in grease. I could go on and on. I wish I would have reminded my husband that this is the place we always regret ordering from but I didn’t know until he had already spent the 40.00 I will make sure from this point forward we never put money into this place again. I’m normally not this harsh at all, and very understanding but out of all the times we’ve ordered here the experience has never been even “decent” no excuse for that.
