I ONLY order from this location. The customer service is great! My smoothies are always made to perfection. Each employee that I have encountered has been polite, caring and shows co concern. I ALWAYS tip them as well ❤️.They need a 5.0. Let’s get them there!!

I live in the neighborhood and walk with my dog to tropical smoothie. Staff is super nice allowing my dog inside and order is always correct!

This is my go to tropical smoothie, smoothies are made correctly and of good consistency never icy like some other locations I’ve been too. I go in the morning and they are always so friendly. If I want a smoothie I’ll only come to this location

Phenomenal customer service! This is my favorite location in Virginia. I refuse to go elsewhere because the employees know me so well and recommend me smoothies they think I’d also like. I’m very iffy on trying new things so I’m surprised I was convinced and ended up loving it just as much as my normal smoothie order! I come in every Sunday morning
Ordered online, came down after 20 minutes only one person working on a Saturday night !!! Waited another 20 minutes for the drinks. Crazy ! I could have went to Outback Steakhouse in this time and almost spent the same money! I hope the owner reads this because it is costing them money! Banana is extra small everything here is good down hill, giving the franchise a terrible name.
