I have passed by these restaurants more times than I can count but have never gone in to try any of their menu items. But I decided to live on the edge and finally give it a try. Although ironically enough I didn't try any of their smoothies (yeah weird, I know), I did try their cobb salad just for giggles. Not only did the salad look appetizing but it didn't taste too shabby either. I did end up using my own dressing though -- Ken's Thousand Island dressing. The salad made for a light, tasty meal.However, this place is in business for their smoothies, so I really need to try a few of them in order to give a more informed review.
Horrible customer service. Took, literally 35 minutes to get ONE smoothie. No sense of urgency whatsoever. One girl just standing around on her phone. One guy stocking chips. Only one person making smoothies and neither of the other two offered to help despite clearly being busy. And absolutely NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER when asked why ONE SMOOTHIE took 35 MINUTES to make. Smoothie was ordered at 2:40PM and did not receive it until 3:15PM. And then after all that, the smoothie order was wrong.
40+min wait for smoothies. Employees fighting infront of customers about how busy they are. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. A guy that looks like a Manger looking at his phone in the kitchen while smoothie orders are piling up. Worst place ever.

I was today years old when I found out that this location has the WORST customer service , I have been going there for years, and today 4/8/2022 @7:00 pm (in case the owner or manager sees this so they can see who was on schedule for that day) was the absolute worst . It was obvious that a group of friends work there and invite other friends up there to "hang" out. In the meantime , paying customer cannot receive the proper service. I received my smoothie after a small intermission, when i received it, it appeared a different color than normal, at the time I didn't say anything because I have had some time where the color didn't matter, the taste was extraordinary. When I get home I discover that there a lime pieces in my smoothie, after I specifically said "three" time no lime please. What if I was allergic ?I'm normally a leave a review type of person but this needed to be said. If there was a manger on duty, he or she demonstrated NO control .Someone may need to gain control after this shift , as it is deteriorating to the public eye.
Made a takeout order today for my place of work, did not appreciate being charged for a full sized smoothie when their cup sizes are significantly smaller than they ever been. Prices need to be adjusted to the cup Oz. Not charge the same price and decrease the size.
Really wish I could give zero stars because that's what this place deserves. The staff are the worst. They absolutely NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. And when you get there they are playing or cussing. online ordering has a very vague message that all menu items might not be available. So I order my veggie hummus wrap as I always do nothing about none of the ingredients being out of stock as I'm ordering so I'm genuinely wondering why my favorite ingredient the pickled red onions are not in this wrap?? AND I CANT CALL THE LOCATION BEFORE OR AFTER TO FIND OUT!!!!! Its ridiculous! Not to mention when you order pick up they let your smoothie sit out on the counter melting. I feel it's terrible customer service. Is it not common sense to keep cold items cold?? Did you think I wanted a melted room temperature smoothie? Or you could just care less? No straw for the smoothie either I guess they figured since it was completely liquid I could just sip it

This location isn’t good about making sure that all items are in the order. Twice we have had food and smoothies delivered to us and both times, they left something out. They need to be more careful. We won’t be ordering from them again.
I order my food 15 minutes ahead of time and I get here and it’s literally never ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I’m going to have to wait until I arrive to start cooking the order. I don’t get it. There was one customer inside…
