They were out of a few items that we wanted due to recalls, but other than that the food and smoothies were good. I'd give them 5 stars if they weren't out of things we wanted.

Kayla (the one working front) was very cold with us during our time ordering and didn’t talk to us at all while we ordered. Told us the total but seemed to be very unhappy that we were in the restaurant. Mikayla (I think that’s her name) seemed to be more knowledgeable about the menu and was very kind. Food was prepared very fast as were smoothies. Especially during lunch. As I was waiting for food, I asked for names and then heard a snarky remark as I walked out the door from the people in the back. When I used to work at trop, we had to wear a name tag. I don’t know if that was specific to my location but I wouldn’t have had to ask for names if they were wearing name tags.
Terrible service. They get the orders wrong all of the time. Some orders aren’t even close to what we’ve ordered. We’ve given feedback numerous times and hoped it would get better but it’s a pattern of poor service. Taking our business elsewhere!
Great food
I walked into the establishment, And wasn’t greeted by either of the two associates working. I would hate to think it was because I’m a darker toned human. However, a bearded lighter skinned human entered and received a loud warm welcome from BOTH young ladies almost simultaneously. Luckily, I’m only picking up a delivery and not spending my money here. Poor service.
