Very very slow, waiting 17 min for just 2 smoothies if they were busy it would be different but there was only myself and Q other person. The young man at the counter had no customer service stills at all. The smoothie was very watery. Had very little flavor. I will not be returning to this location.
Was disappointed with smoothie. Didn't blend enough..pieces of kale , etc. All in it. They are getting too expensive now for a smoothie place anyway..
The food and smoothie was good, but, customer service can be worked on.
Food was cold as soon as I got it, trying to eat as I'm walking thru the parking lot and my Flatbread taste like it was made an hour ago.
People working this day did not want my business. After making me wait a few minutes for them to come to the front counter, the lady working finally comes up to punch the keys on the register and then proceeds to stare at me without saying anything like " ok how may I help you" or "ok we are set to take your order".I knew exactly what I wanted but changed my mind. The lady working that day did not want my business. She literally just stared at me as I was supposed to be rude and just start barking my order without her giving me the ok that she was ready.No enthusiasm in her eyes atleast since she did not acknowledge me being there.Also had an odd smell. Went on 3-1-22.
Wish I had listened to the review before mine. Smoothie tastes like water for some reason.. just a hint of fruit but mostly water. I also had a Turkey club. It was good so no problems there. I guess I had my heart set on the smoothie more than anything and was let down.
I am going to preface this review with something pertinent and personal. I am extremely disabled, I have PTSD, multiple anxiety disorders including extreme social anxiety. This is something I let the staff know during our interaction.I was refused my order when I arrived as "Sam" said there was no order under either my first or last name. I called my mom to confirm the order was placed. She sent me a photo of the order receipt. I went back in and showed Sam that I did indeed have an order but he continued to refuse for some reason. He then started asking what I ordered while he was examining the receipt. I pointed on the receipt which items were ordered and he became very confused. I continued to tell him my first and last name. Eventually he said he did have an order for "Willetts" (my last name), he then tried to tell me something about the order but I could not understand him. During this interaction I was having a panic attack due to how I was treated and gaslighted.As a disabled individual, I will not return because of how difficult it was to obtain my order and how poorly I was treated.

Sam at Tropical Smoothie was rude and dismissive to my disabled son. We have been trying to help our son do errands on his own with support and Sam just set him back at least a month in his confidence and mental health by his treatment of our son, if you are disabled or love someone who is, this is not a safe place to go!
This Tropical Smoothie is awesome. I chose this one because it is close to the hospital where mom gets her cancer treatments.
