Chicken Caesar wrap had very little meat but lots of lettuce. The smoothie i bought i had to return twice. The color and flavor was not sweet both times i returned. I eventually went back to the store on Taylor rd Chesapeake and just got my money back. Tropical smoothie costs too much for your food not to be right. The young workers in there don't care, they already have attitudes when you first order and if you have to ask for something else, they have a double attitude with their looks and mannerisms. Can't PAY for good service anymore
Me and my son come here often.. he loves the chicken quesadilla and the paradise point smoothie. I recommend the buffalo wrap as well it is delicious
There is a worker there named Nay. She is super sweet. Food and smoothies are always great!
Went in several times to get food they either never get the order right or they never are able to take orders due to being understaffed. Today I went to order and I clearly told the lady what I wanted and she didn’t take my order right then proceeded to try to charge me for a mistake they had made wasn’t even apologetic about it horrible costumer service will not be going back
The food is decent but the customer service needs some major help. I am always greeting the workers and no one responds. It would be nice to be greeted at least half of the time. Customer service training is definitely necessary at this location.
My Bahama Mama smoothie was absolutely delicious. It was ordered online and ready at the exact time they stated. The staff is pretty nice as well.
they force you to come in right after school (if your still in school) to work and give you no time what so ever to do your school work or anything. ITS RIDICULOUS. listen to your employees when they tell you they can’t work and need certain days off due to school or personal events going on. DONT OVERWORK YOUR EMPLOYEES.
I’ve visited a few times, and I have not experienced any of the issues that others have mentioned. The smoothies are always good, and the wraps/sandwiches have been delicious. The service doesn’t “knock your socks off friendly,” but it’s not bad either.My negative is that the storefront and doors/windows are somewhat cluttered and dirty.
My experience with this place was wonderful! I was very impressed with the 3 employees who were working Thursday evening. I was especially impressed with Jordan, who was so professional and did a great job! I hardly ever go to Tropical Smoothie but after the great service and food I received, I will definitely be back.
Food was good, but both items were missing key ingredients.
