John was an excellent server. Made sure everything came out fast and the order was correct. Also the drinks were Phenomenal. Definitely recommend coming here
Visiting from nyc, I had John as my server and the service was amazing. His attentiveness and calm demeanor is what stood out. He was consistent with asking if we needed anything. The food came out in a timely manner. It was still hot when it arrived at our table. It was a pleasure to have him as our server. Definitely asking for John the next time we come back here.
Overall a lot of good flavors and pretty well cooked food.Very relaxed atmosphere for eating seafood. The large plastic bag the food arrived in is really unappealing but the flavor was really good. We got the medium spice level with garlic butter but it was fairly mild. They provide bibs and gloves to help with the messy nature of the meal which is very helpful.The twisted wings are a very intense flavor but at hot level are more like in-between mild and medium.The corn was overcooked but everything else was pretty on point. Pretty good spot hereKid-friendliness: Eating food with your hands, it's an easy win for kids. Paper table covers are perfect for drawing on while you wait
I have had Twisted Crab delivered to my house via Door dash. I was impressed with the food and pricing then. My Momma and one of my Church Mothers went for lunch about 2 weeks ago. The greeter was so nice and got us a table. Our server was Zaria. She was so attentive. My Mother is allergic to shell fish. But she likes a boil. I explained to Zaria if the corn and potatoes could be cooked separately,then add sausage and the twisted sauce mild. She let us know that she watched to make sure that happened. My Momma was so happy. My other Church Mother and I were so impressed with the flavor, the way the seafood looked and the prices. (Sometimes at other seafood boil places the seafood should have been left out of the bag because of size and appearance.) We will be back! Thanks again Zaria!! Shrimp was alright. Don't order the crab cake. You will be better getting it from the grocery store frozen section.
John was the perfect server and gave exceptional customer service. He was personable and sooo friendly. Also, my food was cooked perfectly along with being sooo tasty. Thank you John for a superior experience. I will be back when you are working!!
Not my kind of seafood place...went for a birthday party. Food was pretty good (fried oyester basket), but cold. Loved the corn on the cob and sweet tea. Everyone who ordered a bag seemed to have enjoyed. Wings were great! Our server was overwhelmed because of staff shortage, but she did a tremendous job! (a 4-hour meal because of the wait on food & service)
My server/bartender John was AMAZING!!! He shared the new drinks specials and the food was incredible!!! I've been here several times before.but this Twisted Crab has raised the bar.Shout Out to chefs, Maurice and the entire staff.... way to make weekends great again.
John was an amazing bartender! He was so courteous and paid so much attention to my group for my birthday! I had to ask him his schedule so every time I come I make sure he’s here! 5 stars definitely recommend!
5/21/22 Me and my kids walked in we were seated right away. Server came 10mins later to take our order. Cool. She comes back with the drinks and my son Sweet tea had a WHOLE FLY IN IT! You talking about Disgusting ? very nasty! I asked for the manager and showed him. All he did was take the drink back and walked away. No apology or I’m going to look into this matter Nothing. Shortly after the server comes back with food and a Message from the Manager asking oh he said do you want another sweet tea? No sir. Food definitely wasn’t great compared to lynnhaven location which is where I normally go. Received my check and on it I was only offered 10% discount for a damn fly drink. I will never go back to this location again.
