I’ve been very stressed lately and figured… time to stress eat!! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Caroline, whose smile and welcoming demeanor changed my entire day. She went above and beyond to make the experience a great one and I will be returning to this location because of her. If the phrase “smiling is contagious” was a person, it would be Caroline!! So if you need a change of scenery and great energy, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Keep shining Caroline!!
HUGE shoutout to Caroline! She was working at the Hanbury Rd location and gave me phenomenal service! Caroline went out of her way to make sure I taken care of, checked up on me to make sure I was finding everything okay, and was just so super sweet! She has a very welcoming and cheerful personality! When I walk in there’s no one there. Probably 60% of the time I’ve gone, they only come out if you are in there. I can understand if it’s only one person, but every time a new customer came in a different person from the back came out.And then one of them wanted to argue with me over a flavor I tried there when all I did was ask a question. I was like “how often do you have dole whip?” And she was like “you’re thinking of the kempsville one. We don’t have it here” no I’m sure I tried it here because I’ve never gone to kempsville. I get it, we interrupted whatever you were doing in the back and this isn’t you’re career but dang, know your job.Ask when we were there, there were smokers outside and it got into the store and as usual, the workers didn’t care. Then one of the smokers came inside and also proceeded to work. So there were 3 people working with no one inside the store.
After every award ceremony they look forward to design their own dessert.

When we walk in there's usually no one in there there all in the back. I get that you might be taking care of something in there but it seems like yall are just talkin. Sometimes I gotta wait with my kids to check us out. Other than that it's a great place!
Just got around to writing this review, Saturday the 12th I came in and was greeted by a lovely lady . She had brunette hair with blonde highlights. I wish I would have gotten her name but you chose such a ray of light to represent your business. She turned my day around with the small talk and her positive attitude. Wish her success. Thank you!!

The Skinny Dip Frozen Yogurt- Terrible service. No one even around when we walked in. After finally someone coming from the back- we weren’t even greeted. We said thank you after WE PAID- no response. She then hurried to the back and HIT the swing door with the same attitude-totally unnecessary. This place is a joke.
