Beach music, friendly staff, chipper decor, and fast service. The kitchen graciously agreed to cook my food in real butter on request. My waitress did an excellent job being the go between on this. The grits are huge and the perfect mix of creamy and chewy. The bacon comes thick cut and meaty. The scrabbled eggs have that delightfully thin texture you can only get on a grill. And...they turn cruellers into french toast! Come early and you might get to see some built firefighters too. Just one request, real cream for the coffee, please?

One of the best breakfast restaurants I’ve visited! So many options, some unique, and wonderful staff! Clean, casual environment. Quick service. Man do I wish we had one of these restaurants back home. The only negative is that we were sitting below an air vent and my family and I about froze. ;)

First time here and restaurant was very busy but worth the wait. Service was good and the server was nice and friendly. Food was excellent and got plenty to eat. Will definitely be back again when in the area visiting.

I enjoyed the Egg Bistro, the only negative I find was the table seating wasn't very comfortable and really small even for two people. A booth would have probably been more comfortable, but I understand they were packed so seating was limited. Our wait time was reasonable and staff was friendly and accommodating. The waitress was great with service and the food was very good. Their menu has plenty of variety.I definitely recommend eating here if you're in the area looking for a great breakfast.

Amazing service no matter how busy they are and the food is always delicious! Love the steak eggs Benedict ?

I've only eaten here in the morning, mostly on Saturdays and it's a great place for breakfast! It looks like it's a busy place every Saturday but we were able to get a table fairly quickly. Service is great! Food is great and lots of choices. On this visit, I ordered the Sandbridge Omelet and I love it. They have rewards program for frequent diners.

Best breakfast spot on the southside! Love their skillets. They do get busy most mornings but there’s rarely a wait - highly recommended

It was sooo good! We ate here with family before heading back to Ohio and we didn't stop for dinner until late evening, the food was so filling. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Virginia.

I always try to visit this place on Sunday. Best eggs.

I went last Sunday for brunch with some friends and the food was excellent and the staff was nice. We waited for about 45 minutes for a table, but we expected it since it was Sunday, so not a big deal. I'd just tell anybody going, to arrive before 11:00. The mimosa flights were really good. However, they were a little warm. It would be beneficial to add at least a cube of ice to the drink, if the champagne is not cold. I recommend the Cuban Grill Shrimp bowl.
