Great food and friendly staff

Ordered online, stated the time of arrival, got there and the food wasn't ready. Then they texted back "couldn't find you, text here and to go spot number. We texted what they stated and still no one came out until 20 min later. First, they did NOT come out the first time. Secondly, when they came out with the food the order was incomplete. No extra barbecue sauce, no extra salad dressing and no creamy gravy for the pork chops. So why did my husband have to go up to the window and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes? The ribs were dry. The house salad was not fresh. The mac-n-cheese was made from a Kraft macaroni and cheese BOX. You can tell. Look at pics.

Always enjoy TR but today wasn’t our day! Seated w in 15 min w rolls-no butter (had req regular). Tea was brought to table promptly but no straws, no small plates for rolls, no napkins, no silverware. We req from waitress-received ea (individually) over 10-15 mins. Rolls were cold so brought more. Placed order-Bloomin Onion, ribs and kabob-med rare. Salads brought to table first-NO appetizer yet (onion)?? We asked waitress to check-never arrived. Finally she came back-said “onion wasn’t ready bc only one fry cook but food was ready to bring out. Did we still want onion”? “Yes but w no charge”. Worst onion ever! Overcooked and unable to even separate to eat. Wasted! Our meals arrived. As you can see in pic, my med rare kabob was burnt (pic does not do it justice). At least half I could not stick a fork in. Baked potato was soft only in center. Never did get sour cream. We asked for manager who first said “they just left the kabob on too long” as if eat it anyway. No. “Then do you want us to re-do?” “No bc husband almost finished eating his ribs by now.” Manager again acted as if I should eat it-clearly no way. He said he’d adjust ticket. When ticket arrived, the kabob was “half price”. We req to see manager again and he said “you told me you were going to eat it”. NO I DID NOT! Said he “must’ve misunderstood”. Again told him I ate 4 bites-I didn’t come to eat burnt steak! Said he’d “talk w cook bc not first complaint he’d gotten re kabobs”. We were never ugly-tho told him this was worst visit ever. The kabob was credited on next ticket. I had asked for tea refill while all this was going on. Waitress slammed it on table and kept walking. Husband went to restroom-floor was slick w grease around BR/dirty dish area. We had mentioned when we went in that floors were nasty-spilt butter in floor at roll area, walkways to table scattered w food and litter. Sorry to say it’ll be a long time before we return!

Great food, fast service friendly staff

My husband and I used to eat at this restaurant quite often This past week was our 2nd time in a month and we will not be going back for a VERY LONG TIME! We try to eat out around 4:00 PM and during the week before restaurants get too busy. Our Waitress was very nice but took forever to bring us certain items to go with our meal and our food was just barely warm when it was brought to our table. We have been trying to help keep our favorite restaurant's in business by dining out at least twice a month. Unfortunately, the portions are getting much smaller, the quality of our meals is not at all what they used to serve and for that, we are even being charged a higher price. I don't know what challenges their management is having with staffing, especially the individuals who are preparing the meals, but I wish them well on someone else's $$$$$

We always come for the prime rib. So delicious. Love their butter and rolls. Servers are always wonderful.

Out of all the places around this Texas Roadhouse is where you’ll want to eat and if you do I hope Mike is your waiter. Mike deserves a raise. This guy has been my waiter 3 times in the last month. He’s friendly, personable, funny, on point, and will memorize your whole order. I never leave reviews and this guy really deserves one. Even after a long day he was still in good spirits. The rolls were on point as always with that amazing butter. The food was cooked to perfection. Just overall a great time every time I go. If you want to avoid the wait time just go online and join the waitlist while you get ready. Then by the time you arrive it’s time to head inside. Works out perfectly for me. Good job Mike. I hope Texas Roadhouse recognizes what a hard worker they have. Maybe they will give you an incentive you deserve it. See ya next week ?
