Very rude customer service. They rely on the front kiosk to take your order for you. So essentially you’re waiting for people to take their own order. There’s a very bitter male manager who insists you take your own order or else it’s just not going to happen. Then by the time you get your food it’s made improperly or it’s cold. I’ll never come here again
I take this Taco Bell over the College Dr. location anyway but one thing I really hate about Taco Bell lately is no one is willing to take your order anymore. They force you to use the kiosk to order. What is the point of using the kiosk if you are paying cash? You still have to tell the worker so they will take your cash. And they all want to raise the minimum wage to not help a customer.
Food was nice and hot but on one meal they didn't put the sour cream but charged me for the items.
I don’t know what the issue is with this Taco Bell location’s computer system but there’s definitely an issue with it. Last night I used the doordash app to place a delivery order for this location and after I placed my order a delivery driver was never assigned to pick up my order; I was told by a doordash customer service employee that the restaurant never confirmed my order in their system. This could’ve just been a lie on doordash’s part because minutes after I placed my order the doordash app did show that the restaurant had confirmed my order and was preparing it so it could’ve just been an issue with a driver being assigned but I’m not entirely sure. I even called the restaurant last night to see what the issue was and got disconnected after someone answered the phone or maybe they just hung up I’m not completely sure.Then tonight I placed an order using Uber Eats and the order was canceled after about 15 minutes. I called the restaurant and was told that their computer system completely shut down and not just for their location but for all Taco Bell restaurants, and she said that was the first time that had ever happened. I don’t know what the problem is but it sounds like an issue with Taco Bell in general not just this specific location. The corporate office and chain of command for Taco Bell needs to get it together and shut down the restaurants until they do and this location needs to be shut down until they can get their computer system to work and actually compute people’s orders.
The line may have 6 or more cars waiting, but don't let that stop you. The workers are very fast ! They will soon have your order ready and out to you . Get the Cinnabon treats...yum!
I just ordered a chicken Chalupa and a beef Chalupa and it is the WORST I’ve ever had! Something tasted ‘tainty’ (spoiled) at this location! I don’t want to try again!!
GET THE CINNABON DELIGHT THINGYS. omg they’re so good and they were open at 1am so i could stop by on my way home. They’re so delicious and literally taste like so good and sweet. omg i wanna go get them every day but have to control myself. GO GET THE CINNAMON DELIGHTS
I don't know what it is about this specific store located on Western Branch Blvd but I prefer this one over most other taco bells in the general area... they're open later, the food always (to me at least) tastes great and hits the spot, and the late night staff are normally pretty upbeat, polite and on point where fast but quality service is concerned. Fyi: the Cinnabon Delights are absolutely amazing!

Good food, gave 4 stars because, even though they ask what sauce you want and show it on the order screen, they never give you the sauce.
