Ordered from drive thru, when I got my large drink it was a full cup of ice that i could barely force my straw into. I spoke to the gentleman at the window and said " I am not one to complain, but may I have a drink with less ice?" He responded very rudely, "well then you should have asked back there to have light ice." I was the only vehicle in the DT at the time. I ordered a drink not a cup of ice.
Went thur the drive-through tonight March 26. at 8:58 and receive horrible service. Once I got to the window I received the wrong order and when I told the employee that the order was wrong; addressing the issue seem to be a problem. She then proceeded to correct my order but felt the need to exchange words with me on what I ordered or how it should have been ordered, instead of just correcting my order. Once I received my order it was just thrown in the bag and the paper wrappers around the Chalupa‘s were barely wrapped; lettuce and tomatoes everywhere all throughout my bag. I will be calling the manager on Monday! This food was not free, I paid for this and should get quality food and service as I deserve.
This is my go to location. But tonight was enough for me! I waited 55 mins in the drive thru line just to pick up an online order I placed on the app. The inside wasn’t open, I couldn’t get my order but only through the drive thru. It was absolutely insane

Just went thru drive through at 2:20pm today (monday) here and I'm here at least 2 times a week and it's always a great time except today. Used the mobile app to order pulled up said im here for an online order for bobby/Robert. Guy on the speaker said k and was quiet after that. Pulled up to the window and a min later the window slams open handed my food and drink without a single word, and I tried to ask for a straw and the window slammed shut. Not a single word no have a good day no here's ur food, like come on man it's a simple part of the job. Tried to call and talk to a manager and nobody will answer the phone here at this location. It's customer service like a single hello and have a good day goes along ways, but I guess it's to hard for whoever was at the door. Maybe don't have them interact with customer's.
Typically I really enjoy this location. Quick and good customer service. Today was the complete opposite. The person on the intercom sounded really dry and distracted. When I pulled up, no one was at the window, which I understand if they were understaffed. The guy that was handling the order on the intercom walked up from the front of the store with NO GLOVES on and then proceeded to take my payment WHILE also serving drinks (still with no gloves on). What?!? Seriously?! On top of that he was very rude and short with me. This person needs to find a new job because obviously they don’t care about the customers. Very dissatisfied in my experience. Taco Bell management at this location needs to step it up in hiring good quality employees. Order took place on 1/3/21 at 2:30pm.
Don't try to call, the phone number doesn't even work. Rude staff occasionally, but what can you expect from a run down horse meat burrito chain.Inside closed but no signage posted. Walked through snow to yank on locked doors.Line moves slowly, consistently.
I was able to watch a 12 minute YouTube video before I gave up and left at the drive-thru. Glad I hadn't paid for what most likely would have been cold food since I could see it sitting on the counter.
This place just gave us thee worst food EEVER!!! I’m going to post them.
They've got great vegetarian options! So convenient.
