Just encountered the dumbest girl i think i have ever met. Ordering was absolute chaos because the girl was so stupid. I said pepper rings and she looked lost as if i had just eplained quantum physics to her. And again when she was asked if they had thousand island. She had no idea what thousand island was and tried to grab vinaigrette and ranch. She was asked to put the cheese on before the sandwich was toasted and the response was "the meat gets toasted with the sandwich". No sht sherlock. Just put the cheese on also. ? So dumb. I wish i knew her name. My sub was also 5", not that its that big of a deal. It just means someone else got a 7" and i got a 5". I mean its kind of a deal because its advertised 6". The other girl there seemed alright. Couldnt really tell because dummy did everything. Maybe they were high as hell... idk.
Sure wish I could leave no stars at all. The customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. Walked in the two employees looked up at me and went back to what they were doing. Same thing for other customers that walked in as well. They really need to work on their customer service. This is not this first time this has happened. Never going back to this horrible place!

I mean it's Subway... they PORTION their proteins VERY Sparingly. The veggies appeared to be relatively fresh and if you ASK, they'll even give you more than a sprinkle. ?Honestly... for what they charge vs quality (normally) I only go when there's a special.

Bread was not as wide As a piece of pepperoni. Sub fell out of wrap on way home and employee cut her hand so she may have needed stitches and owner said she could not get help until he found a replacement. Store coverage worth more than his employee.
I went to subway today 5/14/21. The lady there worked ng was very rude. I asked for a steak and cheese and she fixed a turkey and cheese. When I said that was not what I ordered she got very nasty. The young man there fix me a steak and cheese. It was about 2;30 p.m. I won’t go back there because of her attitude.Luetilla Cuffee
The sandwich 'artist' could've cared less, but I get it...I'm sure making subs all day gets old, but it's not my fault. The other girl never even acknowledged that I was in the store. I think they both hate subs.
My sub was nasty the young man that waited on me was new and nice the young lady came from the back eating a popsicle very poor customer service!!
There sandwiches are very fresh and there staff is very good.Specialty there general manager.
