I usually order in advance on the app; my food is always ready on time and the order is accurate. Special thanks to the two young men working Friday night (2/11). My sandwiches were neat and obviously made with care; even labeled on the outside, which isn’t always the case.

Where do I start? I usually go to the subway on battlefield which is closest to my house but I had to go to this subway because of a short lunch break. The employees seem young and are very rude. Tyler told me he couldn’t make me a melt because of a shortage which didn’t make sense, I asked him what he would recommend and he said “ that’s your decision” which I found extremely RUDE!! I left the store and went back to work hungry and disappointed. I called and spoke with the manager Jo Ann and she basically gave me the run around. I think they should have more adults at this location and not kids who are disrespectful and would rather play on their phones than take care of the customer.
If I could give zero stars I could. I ordered a melt and it was cold and messy, I asked mya if she could make another one and I was told no! This is not the first time but I have had enough and will be taking to corporate and hopefully they speak to the manager and get this solved.
