The last 5 times I’ve ordered (on the app) from here, they have gotten the order completely wrong. They are slow. Employees have an attitude whenever a problem with incorrect orders arise.
This is by far the best Starbucks in Chesapeake and the best one I've ever been to. As someone in the hospitality field, as soon as I walked in I knew that the Owner has trained their staff to be attentive and responsive to anyone walking in the doors. I was surprised by the barista Jose who remembered my name after only my 3rd time visiting this location. Today, Charlie made my day.....And the coffee is good, because duh, Starbucks.
Yo this place keeps putting whip cream on the bottom of the cups so we get less of the actual frappes. This is the only place that puts whipped cream at the bottom of a double chocolate chip frappe. When I asked if they can make it again they just poured it in another cup and added more whipped cream on the top. Yes I took a sip but you can clearly see where the drink started in the first place. It was way below where they should be filled to and you can see the whipped cream on the bottom. This is a scam if I ever saw one.
Usually decent, but today paid 6+ dollars for a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich that had no bacon at all. Not a hard task at all.And no one will answer the phone at the location. Not worth the 15 min ride back with the cost of fuel today.
Snail paced service. Had 4 employees in the store with very few customers. It took a long while to get my order.
I ordered a sugar cookie latte from this place and lemme tell you, I used my free drink points on this??? There is NO SUGAR and they refused to refund my stars. Trash. They told me they could remake it at their location but I was already home, really wanted a refund because I threw this drink away!!! Sad service. Choose a location besides this one, just a tip. If you want a good drink with no complications. Your time is worth more!!
I ordered online drove there and see it's closed for cleaning. App took my money. I try to tell them this weirdo that works there won't come listen or show me how to get my money back, another worker comes to do he said we closed I said ok how I get my money back yall took. He shut the door like it's ur lost.
Kinda upset i got a 70 cent charge on almond milk and it’s not like it’s my fault i’m lactose…anyways very disappointed?70 cent is nearly a dollar and i'm to broke for that
Always a great place to visit staff treats you like family. I get modified drinks, and they are always willing to make it my way.They were friendly and professional.
I literally go to this Starbucks every single day and the baristas are the main reason! One employee named Rory AMAZING costumer service is always always on point! I’ll always be a Starbucks costumer to this location!
