Not happy with the experience I just had. Came in to reload my card and purchase a beverage. I was greeted when I came in. The reload happened. And things tanked VERY fast after that! The phone rang and the employee answered it right in front of me and began to engage in an entire conversation with the person about a job like I wasn't standing there. SO RUDE. They even took the time to grab pen and paper like I was not the priority. I find out while listening that the worst part is this person is a 'supervisor'. I finally interjected and asked if someone else could help me because I had to go. They offer to finally continue assisting me (never telling the person to hold; like they should have to begin with) only to tell me that I'd basically been standing there for nothing because they didn't even have the chocolate creme for the cold brew. The newest drink and like always, Starbucks is unprepared to provide the product they advertise. Horrible experience.
Ordered the amazing white choc mocha. Taste like coffee water. Call the store 15 mins before they close to see if I can bring it back. No answer. No way to contact via app or website besides calling. And no call. Coffee going from 5 to over 6.00 a cup to taste like dirty water is ridiculous. Starbucks has gone down over the last 2 years.
I personally think starbucks is over priced and over rated, even though I just spen$23 for 3 cups of coffee. My family ? loves it. I try to make it a once in a while thing on special occasion. Again it is way over priced and over rated.
This store location has a great team of polite & professional young talented employees, I got what I ordered, I will drive the extra miles to enjoy the experience again!!!
I love Starbucks but the last 3 visits here they don’t even bother trying to fill up the cup. You pay for a vente but only get a grande.
It's a three star today 1/3/2022 cause we were inline for 30 to 40 minutes and there was a line forming behind us and no one came out and told us that the place was closed. We only found out it was close by another customer.
They have really good coffee and the people who work here are amazingly nice people.
What’s the point of ordering something at 7:40am on the app to have it picked up, it estimating 7:53 me getting there at 8:00 and it not being there and telling her my name, then it’s 8:06 and i ask again and explain i have to go to work to a nice lady who was trying to help then some worker girl wanted to be hero and started getting defensive and told me mam i can go get a refund at the register or call if i have to be to work so that i did. Thank your employee for that one. What’s the point of mobile ordering 20 minutes ahead to still be told my drinks in a line and it’ll be a few minutes and then have an employee suggest i just get a refund
This is the first time I have been to this Starbucks and it will be the last. I waited in line in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Once you enter the drive thru, there isn't a way really out of it until you get up to the ordering area and by that time, you might as well stay. It was about a 5 to 6 minute wait per person in line. If I would have realized it was going to take so long, I would have left the line, but was trapped from the layout of the drive thru. This was a tremendous amount of time to wait in line and will never come back here again.
Staff is great, but unfortunately the location always has crazy long lines and the drive through is poorly designed. Staff would get 5 stars. The lines/location would get 0.
