Normally this is my go-to Starbucks. The staff is always great. I went recently on 3/17/22 around 1030am and was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by the manager only. The staff we absolutely swamped with orders and doing their best. The manager came out from the back, barked orders at the staff and then sat down opened a laptop and watched them. He didn’t even use the laptop, he simply just watched them struggle. Appalling.
Love Starbucks. Gone to the first orginal one back in Seattle. So it's always the when you go to them. I reccomend asking for the brista special if you're not picky. But this Starbucks does have good employees and clean environment!
The barista this AM not only nailed my drink but also my name! Made my day!
A customer brought me coffee he goes there every day for 15 yrs. I dint remember his name but I through it was sweet of him. Thank you again. Of course it was good it better be for the price they charge. I'm not a Starbucks customer. Can't afford their price's.
It's Starbucks. I went because it was convenient. I'll give it that. That said, if you have the time and means to support local then I would encourage you to do so.

Advertise for free drink for birthday. Download app which doesn't work and associate didn't really care to help. Ended up paying. Don't advertise and then don't deliver ?
Very slow service. Waited 30 mins for 2 cups of coffee. While others walked in ordered and got their mixed coffees within 5 mins.
Despite the tremendous line i had my correct order much faster than I thought I would. Excellent visit.
