Casher had an attitude. I asked if I can pay with stars, she said yes. I swiped my card, she said there was no money on it, I told her I was paying with stars, she said I needed to say I am redeeming with stars. I then asked isn't saying paying with stats and redeeming with starsthe same? With an attitude she said no. Don't need attitude, plenty of official starbuck stores around.

we went to your your coffee shop a couple of months ago and the coffee was delicious. we were back near your cafe just 2 weeks ago and i got another coffee and it was awful. i throw it away. wasted money. last night we were there again doing some shopping and it was very cold out so i got a coffee. and again it was awful. this time we even tried a different location. and nope....bad again. this time i asked for a refund. i was still about to freeze so we ended up going to a gas station and i got a coffee from there. you know it was delicious. it is sad that gas station coffee is 100% better then name brand such as yall. we will not be returning to your shop to get bad coffee again. you need to check these places out because they are ruining your name.
