This was an unpleasant visit. We accidentally pulled passed the drive-thru intercom, so we tried ordering from the window. The gentleman at the window said he couldn't take our order because the drive-thru time needed to stay low. He told us to drive all around the complex and get back in line. Having previous experience in fast food, I understood what he was trying to say, but the priority should've been to take care of the customer. Driving all around the complex was inconvenient and tedious. We came back around, and he took our order and got it wrong.
I was served by an awesome barista named Jaden! He was a personable and friendly young man, smiling the entire time. My caramel crunch frappuccino was delicious, too! Great job!
Absolutely love the feta egg and spinach wraps, and my pink drink as always! However the level of service is always SUPERB when my favorite barista, I think Roxxi, is her name is there. Best Starbucks to go to, if you want Smiley faces and the utmost customer service from these friendly employees bright and cheery in the morning. Thanks guys for being my go to store, closest to home!
I always order online and it’s always ready when I get there. Everything is always just how it want it. I’ve been a customer here for a while but recently became a M-F same time same order type of person and the employees have made a point to remember my name and are always super friendly.
For my birthday treat, I chose the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso drink. It was just okay, no too much to my liking. As I sat drinking it, I felt something kind of lodge in my throat. Once I was able to get it out, I realized a piece of my cup was broken off and in my coffee. Not sure how or why that happened, but that was a close call. ? I'm not blaming the business, but this just may be something to take into consideration when choosing containers in the future.
i love this location <3 the workers always try their absolute best and it shows! theyre very quick and efficent with orders even when it is busy :) my food and drinks are always sooooo yummy and good, they even blend the ice in the frappes super well which is greatly appreciated!! thank you for your tasty little treats baristas <3333
My husband and I are avid Starbucks drinkers on a daily basis just about. We were shopping at Chesapeake Center and stopped into the one close by. We were helped by Jenni, she is the best barista ever! Our drinks were perfect and she was very friendly and sweet. Also, her make up is on point! Great employee - she totally made our day!
Asked for holiday latte drinks from commercials, they were out. Asked for a pastry, but guess what... They were out of all pastries. Got two regular coffees, vanilla and mocha lattes, received hazelnut coffee and hot chocolate. All out of coffee stoppers and cup cozies. Was not worth the trip.
I was so ready for my holiday drink. I have a Chestnut Praline addiction. Put my mobile order in and headed to Starbucks. Servers were very nice but... I don't know what the heck they gave me. Drink was god awful. And this is not the first time Chesapeake Square Starbucks has done this. Maybe they need more training. I spent my hard earned money and you didn't give me what I paid for. Very disappointed ? Maybe I will just drive a little further and go to Harborview.
For such a good coffee, extremely high-priced coffee, the drive-thru facilities are too short/small. Considering that the quality of drivers in the state of Virginia suck, and I cannot distinguish between right and left lane... After seeing the long waiting line at the drive-thru I decided to stop and go get my drink in store. I couldn't. Because the drive-thru line was blocking both the right and left lane. I couldn't even get to my parking spot to get my Starbucks drink. I simply left. Whoever did the business planning on this location, I guarantee must be losing a lot of business because of this poor setup.
