In the past I've purchased a hot dog with just ketchup, nothing extra but they just decided to put all of the ingredients I never asked for. Last night I ordered a couple of burritos with just eggs, bacon, and cheese nothing else. I was about to enjoy it but they did the same mistake again for putting all the ingredients that I never asked for the second time. I do not know what's going on at Sonic currently. Probably lacking management or they just don't care at all.

Charged me $14.25 for two large blasts only for the candy to be on the top and not throughout the entire cups. If we wanted just ice cream , we would’ve asked for it. I’m trying to figure out if they even blended the candy into the ice cream. It literally looks like they filled the cup up with ice cream and drizzle a little candy on top to pass it off to the customer.

Their food is so tasty, but they are so slow and very unorganized. I don't mind waiting for my meal to be prepared but 30mins.is just way to long and this happens every time my son and I go. Please pick up the pace.

Customer service is pretty good...just be sure to check your order before driving off. Quite a few times it'll be incorrect; however, IF you have time to return, they will fix it.

Either my taste buds are gone or these ? are not all beef. Asked for light mustard. Mustard was every where.

The staff was playing around while I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes at the window. While was waiting for my food they were all standing around laughing joking. The fries were old and cold. The jumbo popcorn chicken was semi warm. The bacon was burnt, it looked like it was something from behind the grill. I called to complain and asked for the manager. The girl that answered named Omani she said she was sorry and she asked if I wand to speak to the owner, I advised I would so she set down the phone, I heard her talking to someone and they were joking about why I was calling. Then when she came back to the phone and she said he had left for the day I asked for his number. Another lady came to the line claiming to be the manager And I was given a phone number for the owner but when I called it sounded like the manager I spoke first called compain. I feel like it wasn't the owner so I decided to take my complaint here in hope to speak to someone that I could talk to.. The black stuff is bacon. I want to speak to the owner. I love sonic but this is nothing like the down the road by lowes. I am so disappointed. Next stop is corporate.

I swear when you read the reviews going back 2 years you would think sonic would do something about the wait time here. Every time I come my order takes forever. I pulled up and there were 2 cars ahead of me. I was asked to pull around and wait for my order in a parking space. Both cars ahead of me, 2 cars that were behind me, a person who walked up and 2 guys who drove up got their orders ahead of me. I didn't get my order until the drive through was almost cleared. I ORDERED ONE DRINK. I love sonic ... no I don't want to escalate. I just want maybe shorter than a 15 minute wait time to get my items.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with everything lettuce tomato onions cheese everything and this is what I got someone guide me to corporate ???‍♀️

This place is a walk away from were I live and the food is fantastic the service is great and the workers are very friendly and make you at home.

This location is terrible. We stopped getting food here years ago, but would still get frozen items. Tonight we waited for over 20 minutes for a strawberry shake and an m&m blast. We were only the second car in line and there were only a few kids on the patio and one or two cars in the lot. The car infront of us only ordered shakes too. There was one guy inside doing all the work and the other looking at his phone. No one apologized for the wait. I know everyone is shortstaffed right now, but this place was bad before the pandemic.
