Decided to get a milkshake and the drive thru line was not to bad. Not realizing that once you placed your order you would be asked to pull forward where more vehicles are waiting to receive their orders.After about a 15 minute wait for one milkshake that cost me $7.01. When it was finally delivered they forgot to include a straw. Plus it was wet on sides and sticky, no napkins. I did receive a straw after asking.The worst part is why advertise that it’s a milkshake. Seriously you can’t consume it with a straw. Way to thick and not mixed. Ended up throwing it out. Maybe I expect to much. Just wanted a milkshake not a ice cream that you needed a spoon to eat. I was driving.
Listen, I NEVER leave bad reviews. I’m all about being understanding and patient but kind of over it w/ this sonic. They’re consistently wrong, but I take the wrong orders as opportunities to try something new! (Glass half full), however I went there when they were very clearly open and they said “nope we’re closed, sorry.” I’ve worked at restaurants for years.. I get maybe saying you’re closed if someone shows up 5-10 mins before closing. But almost 2 hours before closing is just d-u-m-m dumb.
Felt the need to write a review to share my concern with others. Our burgers were over cooked and tough to eat. My husbands burger had a piece so tough that he thought he chipped a tooth. We did not finish our meals. Our biggest concern was we found an unidentifiable object in my husbands sweet tea…. Sorry to write this poor review but I would not recommend. Only good part were the tater tots and our food runner was pleasant.
Got our food home, not only were the burgers burnt to a crisp, we didn’t even get the right burgers. Somehow we ended up with 2 double cheeseburgers with bbq sauce, mayo and pickles. Not even close to our orders. Now we have food we spent money on and can’t even eat.
Never spending money here again. Teenage kids running the business is not a good idea. I’m the only person ordering and end up waiting for food that they didn’t make correctly. No customer service edict and a cook that can’t read. Just flat out ridiculous and embarrassing.
Place is okay!! Food tasted like it had been setting out, wasn't as fresh as I've had from other Sonic's
Ordered ahead, got there and had to wait even longer to get just a couple drinks. Probably short staffed but still will use this location.

Pulled into drive-thru and not a customer in sight. Ordered bacon butter burger that I had been dying to try...and a small fry. I pay for order and guy tells me to pull up and wait! I am literally the only customer on the property. Employees walking around outside on phones and talking. Finally my food is delivered and I drive away. Get on road and find no napkins in bag, fries cold and burger warm and very underwhelming. Terrible Sonic, just terrible.
