Don't order the fried pickles they advertise out front. They "dont know" what the price is when you ask them and will charge you for cheddar peppers at $6 an order. Got home with a half full container of my $6 pickles (maybe 8 pickles total) and also a half filled container of tots. Trash customer service and trash location! They could care less you spent almost $30 for 2 people and don't even give you the correct portion sizes. Don't waste your time going in to speak with anyone, that heavy set blonde girl (manager??) will ignore you and not help. If you can't even turn around for 2 seconds while you are standing there doing NOTHING to answer a simple question, then you should find another field of work, not customer service apparently.
Ordered over the app and went into a stall. Put my number in and waited about 25 minutes before the screen said someone was on the way. Waited another 10 minutes and no showed up so I pressed the button and told em that I had a mobile order and they told me to come to the drive through to get my food. So I waited through the drive through line only to be told that I had to go into the building to grab it…I get in the building and see one of the employees sitting on her phone. No wander my stuff wasn’t even made yet…45 minutes..all for three burritos.
This is our favorite Sonic! The food is ALWAYS fresh and the service always comes friendly and with a pleasant smile. :) This location is the best around. I come from the home of the Sonics in OKC, Ok and have been to Sonics all over the Hampton roads. I will always drive out of my way to come to this one, thankfully they are just right around the corner. Thanks for being great!

First I called in to speak to a manager. The person I spoke with said he was the manager but her wasn’t so I had to repeat everything over again , I Ordered 2 of the same burgers except one had bacon, I get down the street from my house just to find out they gave me a burger from hours ago and I was missing a patty. Had to drive all the way back to get it right. I would’ve let it slide if it were fresh (honest mistake) but it wasn’t plus I paid $8 for that burger! Five Guys would never! Then when I came back they said it’s going to take 5-10 min pull around. If someone responds I WANT A FREE MEAL!! My exact order, my fries got cold & drink watered down. Need my meal remade the right way
Trash. Every time I come here they don’t have slushies or ice cream. They probably just to lazy to use it. Or the owners need to contact someone to fix the thing Bc it’s AlWAYS broken.
Was charged $10 for a tiny hard chicken sandwich and a few onion rings. The chicken was too hard to even chew so took it back through the drive thru and the cashier didn’t apologize for wasting my time or gas just made another sandwich and shoved it out the window and slammed the window closed. Sandwich was still nasty. I do not recommend!
Over priced, 5 guys across the street would have been better.Since it took forever you could have double checked and notice you forgot my fries.
Octavia at the Battlefield Chesapeake location was the absolute worst car hop or drive-through staff member ever ANYWHERE in the world! Beyond rude. I still cannot believe it! It started when she tried to hand me several large fountain drinks and I asked for a cup holder. She slammed the window while I was still talking, went to God knows where to get it, came back (obviously passed off), and I was still talking to her when she slammed the window shut, turned her back to me as I was waving and trying to get her attention, yelling from outside in my car, and I know she heard me. I will never go back there again. By the way, despite the fact that my name is Karen, and all the insults I have to endure just for this, I write almost entirely five-star reviews. I did not see any point in contacting this business for help because they obviously permitted this type of behavior since there was a fellow staff member watching this whole thing. I honestly just couldn’t believe it. It was that bad.
This location has this one lady that appears to be there by herself late night. Her attitude was indirect and she muttered remarks under her breath. The food was not so great either. I ordered onion rings and got 4... seriously 4 small onion rings. We had several items in our order and whelp none of them were so great. It tasted like frozen food warmed up. And the price!... for four meals was a slap in the face for food not worthy of the expense. Definitely not on my recommendation list.
