Never had an issue when dinning in. However I ordered the loaded nachos for curbside pickup. It was cold. More chips than anything else. I had to add food to it. Never will I ordered loaded nachos to go again...
I ordered curbside but never received a notification, so I called. The employee who answered was very dismissive and hung up on me. When I went inside, dude acted like someone else answered. Smh. No accountability and poor customer service.Food was excellent tho. Hopefully I'll have a much better experience next time.
I had high hopes as I used to love this place long ago. The pros were the sides. The Coleslaw, corn, and broccoli were pretty good. The 2 slices of toast were stale and only one was edible and the brisket was nearly entirely fat. When the best part of your meal is the coleslaw, it was a disappointing meal.
Was out shopping for a truck and got hungry. Stop in and was greater and sat fairly quickly for a party of 2 on a Friday night. The food is some of the best barbecue I've had in a long time. Got the 2lb rib meal and shared it. We took home leftovers. Had great service good sauces and cold drinks. Definitely recommend this place. I know I will return myself.
Amazing service!! Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and considerate of our needs. She was so helpful I had to give her a $20 tip. The food we got was phenomenal, if I could rate this place a ten I would. Definitely coming here again, and bringing my friends?. Thank you Smokey bones staff.
This restaurant was great. Our server Heather was friendly and she was very good at making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. I had the mac and cheese with BBQ, smoked sausage, and onion straws on it, it was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.
First time here in about 14 months. Got an old favorite for lunch: pulled pork and smoked sausage. Also tried the house made BBQ chips which were very good. The pork has always been good and the sausage is still my favorite even though the server told me it is a new brand now.
We ordered on Doordash and it was amazing! The burger was juicy, cooked perfectly and all of the condiments and preparations that we asked for, were honored. Really enjoyed this place!
After eating at the Virginia Beach restaurant I was looking forward to grabbing lunch at this location. However they failed to deliver on presentation, taste and atmosphere. The Mac and cheese platter was supposed to have three meats. I was told the brisket had been chopped up therefore I couldn't identify it and the sausage was cut really thin and pan fried. There was also no sauce drizzle over the plate. The macaroni and cheese itself was very bland and did not have the stringy ness that I had in Virginia Beach.The fried pickle chips are great. Enough for a meal by themselves. The sweet tea was almost gritty with sugar. While eating I overheard a loud conversation coming from the kitchen with the use of obscenities flying. This is at 1145 in the morning too.
As someone that used to work at this location... I am horrified at the food that I received. I ordered 8 wings. When I got them, the bones were half way sticking out. The loaded fries were less than a half a portion. There was no bbq glaze nor was there any chipotle mayo on them. There was no salsa or sour cream to go with the nachos. The nachos were also made with very stale chips. At least 2 days old. Horrible quality.
