Really good food! Very friendly staff, decent prices and good drinks. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!
The food was very good, but the service was terrible. We walked in and I asked the young lady at the hostess station for a table for 3. She never said a word or greeted us. She looked at us, but did not seem to know what to do. Thankfully a young man came and took care of us. We ordered our food and when it was served, we had to ask for service setting. Our server left to get us utensil and we thought he forgot that we needed eating utensils, because he was getting drinks for another table. He finally brought my husband and I our setting, but he did not bring any for our son. Hence another delay in eating. Towards the end of our meal our server asked if we were ready for our check. I said yes, but I wanted a chocolate cake to go. I got the check, but no chocolate cake to go. We just moved to Chesapeake and was looking forward to some good BBQ, but we will never eat at this Smoky Bones again.
The food was great except for the potato wedges. The wedges were straight garbage and waste of your money!!! The service was excellent!! The drinks were so good. They didn’t water down the drinks at all. My husband enjoy his Fathers Day dinner except for the wedges.
Service was not good. Short staff and slow service Food was not good cold when it was to be Hot. Wil not eat there again don't Recommend this restaurant. Manger is not on top of his job not friendly at all. Does not care about Restaurants at all nor staff.
Delicious meal and excellent service. The aroma of wood smoke from the kitchen is incredibly appetizing and cozy. Plus, you can hop right from the dining area to the bar and watch the game while enjoying something from their pretty impressive curation of beer, wine, and spirits. Definitely will be back.P.S. even if you're stuffed, still get the Bag Of Donuts for dessert. You're welcome.
The service was absolutely FABULOUS!! The waitress Bella, did an amazing job ❣️ The food was scrumptious, fresh, large portioned, even had leftovers ? It was a wonderful experience here at Smokey Bones Greenbrier!! I will return to this location with high hopes!
My youngest seed treated me out to a night of fun, food and laughter. Had a great time and the food was delicious! Our server Aaliyah was AWESOME ??
If I could go lower I would. Our waitress brought menus and NEVER returned to our table! We sat and watched her flirt with everyone and then hugged up on an employee coming in the door! All while she watched us flagging her down to take our order for 20 minutes! Won't be coming back!Ok my son brought me her for mother's day. The service was much better. Our waitress was Aaliyah. Hands down by far the best! AWESOME job and thank you for the comfort and great drinks!
Walked in and the host and the cashier couldn't stop their conversation long enough to greet us. (the cashier quit her previous job because it was too physical and hurt her back ...fyi). Got seated and waited 45 minutes for our appetizer and ended up with the wrong one. Meal came 2 minutes after...my husband's brisket was a chunk of ice cold fat. Cashier was SUPERfriendly and sweet. She took the items off our bill. Hopefully she will find a better place to work at. Smokey Bones has bottomed out.
Fast, courteous service. Delicious wings. We tried the fried mild buffalo and also Korean. They were both great!
