Unbelievable fried oysters. I rarely believe people when they say, “the best I’ve ever had,” but this is for real, the BEST OYSTERS I’VE EVER HAD. Polite people, expedient service, and delicious. Glad I didn’t find this place sooner or I would already be fat and broke…but very happy.UPDATE:Went back for some more of the oysters and was sadly disappointed: not the same at all. The batter was heavy and too salty, it was almost more batter than oyster. The batch I first reviewed had a light, delicate batter. The only observable variable was a different crew in the kitchen (I realize there may be more to it, just trying to give some info because otherwise, its a gamble as to which oysters you get) …the all Black lunch crew crushed it. The all White dinner crew still provided okay service, but the execution wasn’t there.

Staff very friendly and efficient. I think the fish isn't cooked until ordered. The haddock and catfish were terrific. We had a Samsung and a basket. Way way too much bread on the sandwich. Just go with the basket. Potato salad and fries were very good. Little pricey but isn't everything now?
I really love this place! Their food is good and their service is excellent! The owner and her husband personally take care of your orders with expertise and care! I live in Baltimore and I wish you guys would open one up near us!
Went for lunch with my wife. We really liked it. Good variety on the menu. The breading was light and not greasy like some places. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.
Excellent food and very nice people... Been there about half a dozen times now @ lunchtime and enjoyed the chicken / fish sandwiches each and every time...
Had take out lunch from here for the first time today. Lunch size catfish basket was plentiful and delicious. Fried okra was cooked perfectly. Skrimps did not disappoint. Hushpuppies were amazing. You can tell their oil is clean. Sweet tea was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the staff were prompt and friendly. We will definitely be returning customers. This area needed a place just like this.
