I use to love this place. I always order the Sesame chicken With no broccoli because I am allergic. Well today they put broccoli in it and I requested a refund and they refused saying I did not tell them I could not have broccoli. I have always put in the details no broccoli as I dont want to go to the hospital or pay for something I cant eat. The lady on the phone couldnt understand english that well which made things worse!!!
I use to really love this restaurant; however, it's not quite the same in terms of customer service. The owner's son is totally arrogant and just down right rude. He is NOT customer-oriented at all. I order the same thing "beef and broccoli" with $4 extra beef (b/c it'll have more broccoli & carrots as opposed to meat). Unfortunately, I never get the extra beef and I don't get argumentative in fear that something will be done to my food. I am going to report this place. It's wrong to take customers money and not give them what they've paid for.
Ordered the Pupu for 2. This is what I received. Burnt and hardly eatable. Usually good food. Quite disappointed for them passing this out.

Got some catering done for a party and the food was excellent. These guys are quick and always an excellent experience every time we come here. Their general tso chicken is on point.
They messed up a simple order of Vegetable Chow Mein. We received white rice with just steamed broccoli. Called them to let them know my order was wrong. They kept putting me on hold and telling me that it was in fact correct and that I could drive to them (this was delivered) and that I could pay the difference (was charged for vegetable chow mein) WILL NEVER purchase from them again. They are scammers for sure. If could leave no stars I definitely would.

Food was delicious. I had the house special fried rice, the barbecue ribs and the fried chicken wings were extra special. When ever I visit my brother I'm going to do it again. Service was fast and delightful?
Rushed me on phone to get order and did not cook the broccoli at all, it was ice cold as well!! Paid extra for additional items in fried rice and did not get them but was billed for them nonetheless!!! This is about the 6th time I've tried this place over the last couple years but it sure was the last!!! 3 starts only because I'm not a total jackass!!! Don't let them rush you on the phone!!!
Best place for Chinese food. Every time I come home to visit family I order dinner from here. The taste is great and consistent.
