Found a piece of hair in my boyfriends food (he’s bald) and the manager was very reluctant to refund me my money for the chicken and shrimp teriyaki. Claimed it was my hair, the grill was hot, no one here has curly hair so it can’t be ours and asked me if “Do I do this every time I come here?” He went back and forth with me for about 5 minutes before he gave me a refund. Very rude staff. They clearly don’t care about food safety here. Wouldn’t recommend.

I used to come here every weekend when they had the $6 chicken teriyaki special. This is one of my favorite meals it tastes so good. Since they’ve raise their prices I don’t come as often, I’ve noticed the prices are being raised and the portions are getting smaller. A while back they got smaller trays. Tonight I went up there and paid nearly $10 for this tray. A tray only half full with little to no rice, hardly any vegetables, and hardly any chicken. There were guys in front of me that had full trays so I asked why mine was empty when the people in front of me was full, and I was told I had the correct portion. I don’t care how good the food is I’m not spending $10 for half a tray of food. Super disappointing, I wish they had handled this better.
I should’ve listen to the reviews! This place is the worst! I ordered a small Teriyaki and they tell me they only have one size. Not sure when that started but ok. I also ordered a shrimp tempura. I watched them put dry veggies and chicken that had been sitting on the grill in a tray for me. I asked for xtra sauce to go for my shrimp tempura ( because I don’t like the yum yum sauce that it comes with) and you would’ve thought I asked for blood of their first born the way they responded. I got several no’s and no compromise or even basic good customer service. I ended up asking for a refund. NEVER GOING BACK! And I also let them know I understand now why the reviews are horrible!
This place doesn't deserve any stars. I would not...AND I MEAN WOULD NOT...recommend this faux japanese restaurant to anyone I KNOW, or LOVE.This place needs a serious, in depth health inspection. The cross-contamination is way out of control, mixing the old food with the new.. No mask, no gloves, no problem, right???. WRONG. Do not eat here. Lastly but definitely not least. The customer service experience is absolutely, undeniably, the worst. These people need to learn how to give great service. If you do decide to eat from here be careful and pay attention.
Food is to damn good!
The staff are so rude. I ordered shrimp and veggies teriyaki. When I started eating, I realized there was no sauce. I went back to ask for sauce, the guy that spoke Spanish just laughed at me and mumbled in Spanish. I’ll never go there again. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

The food is good but they don’t put enough meat. It’s almost like you only pay for rice not chicken. It’s disappointing.
Ate here today. Poor customer service. I walked up to place a order, no greeting at all the guy just gave me a blank stare. Second guy same thing, third guy mumbled something to me. After I got my order I realized he was asking if I wanted sauce. Very uncomfortable . Didn't feel like a valued customer. Food was good. After I finished eating business picked up and they came more lively but not sure if attitude improved?
